Listening to this makes me sad yet again.. The truth of an idol life hurts. One day you're at the top but one day no one even remembers you.. In the video, we can see that there were many lucky se7ens back then but now, where are they? We always say that we will support our idols (whatever fandom you're in right now) but what happens after a few years? Yes, there is no helping it--we grow up, have our careers, own families etc, but I hope that someday, ten years from now or so, we could at least remember them, the ones who introduced us to this world of kpop.. We could at least share to our grand kids that there was this artist or group that touched my life or made me survive a bad day because of their song...... Huhu. I don't wanna cry. But I already imagine this fate to my idols (I'm multifandom) and it makes me sad as hell.

I just read on Wikipedia that on the day he released this song he enlisted for his mandatory military service... I'm pretty shocked... very few or in fact no celebrity do such a thing... my respect goes to SE7EN and I wish him the best, a good luck and also a comeback :)

Well it's mandatory for men of South Korean citizenship to join the compulsory military service before they are the age of 30. (Unless they cannot due to maybe major health problems like blindness deaf, etc, physical or mental problems, etc. then they can be exempt fromt he military service. But yeah, it's mandatory or they can go to jail and be banned from going to South Korea for not being able to serve.
Male celebrities have to, it's a 2 year service, after that you're done and you're not required to unless the person wants to continue serving. Rain just finished his military service by the way.

I have met him in his own show called “acoustic live” in Tokyo, Japan. In the show, he said about age, that he will turn 36 (Korean age) next year... I also talked with the lady who sat next to me, she asked me how long have I idolized him, I said 15 years (she has admired Se7en for 13 years), I suddenly realized Se7en is part of my youth. No one else can get my faith like Se7en. I support him constantly whenever he is still singing.
