Shannon! you took my advice on the fade blade on them! Haha awesome didnt think you would! If you combine the taper blade on one jrl clipper and then have a second one with the wahl fade blade on it its amazing and the fades come out so tight and detailed. It takes a bit to get used to but basically if you use the half guard closed on the fade blade jrl it will blend into the half closed on the taper blade jrl. Its a deadly combo imo!

Did you have any issues with the wahl fade blade on the jrl 2020c? I wanted to do that but I didn’t want to mess up the clipper. So I just ordered the jrl fade blade today.
@@ezekielortiz6599 no its the same thing the only thing is that the jrl fade blade is coated in ceramic so it doesnt get hot at all. The wahl fade blade will get warm after about 15 minutes. I think its worth it to purchase the jrl fade blade for that reason but they cut the exact same imo. I think the wahl fade blade is a good alternative though if you dont want to spend the money.

I believe I have a few. Especially some of my first videos I did
Best way to fade down is listen to your clipper, when it stops cutting thats when you switch down to ur lower guards. Fading down is using ur ears, it’s a listening technique, different to the guidelines where it’s visual.
@@kratu6625 How do you remember how high you’ve gone with your previous guard though? I’d probably end up getting lost and pushing the fade higher lol
@@Justanotheryoutubehandle It just comes with practice man :) But like I said, if you cant visualise where you put your last guideline, listen to your clipper to see if its not cutting. As long as you are flicking out into your previous lengths then you wont push the fade up, and if you do then you can always switch back to the higher guard. Be confident with your clipper, goodluck man!
