Registered Dental Assistant here and I can say that this is probably the cheapest route with the best “natural white” results. Keep in mind that diet plays a HUGE role in this. If you out here bussin out them coffees, wine, and acidic drinks way too much, then you ain’t getting the best out of it!

@@legacyrydeshare3478 the biggest caution from what I know is the whitening strips. It comes with a few of the ultra whiteners and they probably shouldn’t be used every single night, i would personally suggest every other night

The problem with most whitening toothpastes is that they contain abrasives which can damage tooth enamel and result in increased sensitivity
Those are good tips, to keep the teeth looking white. For myself, I brush my teeth with a whitening toothpaste and use whitening mouth wash. My teeth aren't the best, but I do what I can to help them last longer. I need them to eat, thats what I care about. Shoot, if they fall out, I'm gonna have a problem.😁

I’m surprised more people don’t own an electronic toothbrush. Up front cost is a little pricey but they last for years if you take care of them and they clean better.

@@wishera203teeth was noticeably whiter. Yet, my gums got weak or my teeth got sensitive in the rut of whitening my teeth. My dentist recommended me to use Gum Detoxify for my gum.
I stopped using White Strips as it enough to use a full pack once every 3-4 months.
I use Miswak and Charcoal toothpaste Flouride free toothpaste now!

I personally use the Colgate optic white toothpaste and that alone has helped so I can imagine with all of this you will 100% see results.

Take it from someone that used teeth whitening toothpaste everyday for years, don’t do it!! I found out the hard way from my dentist. Teeth whitening products are really harsh and abrasive on your teeth and can cause enamel loss, leading to see through teeth, and increased sensitivity.

I have been facing this issue for almost a year now and also dry mouth. I first thought it is from mouth so I got my teeth cleaned and the dentist assured me that it will cure the bad breath but it didn’t. I have gerd issues but that is normal from a while and i also think i have sinus because i usually have running nose when i get up and a kind of irritation in nose. At work I have to talk to many people and it kills my confidence when they rub their nose. I just forget what i was talking about and it is creating problems for me. I brush my teeth twice a day. Eat chewing gums entire day and keep my mouth hydrated by drinking water yet this shit isn’t going away. until I meant Dr Emovon on CZcams. Personally I switched to caffeine pills which have been a good alternative, you don’t get that coffee taste but it’s a good enough trade off for me

The abrasion on your teeth is probably very bad and it's only gonna get worse if you keep doing this. Just floss with regular floss not a flosspick then brush your teeth with an electric toothbrush and that's it and remember that the main thing is the diet, preagricultural people didn't have cavities because they didn't eat soft and refined food which also causes crowding of the teeth because you don't use your jaw enough that your pallettes get narrower and that leaves not enough room for teeth and as a result you get crowding which also makes maintaining oral hygiene harder so if you have a narrow pallette if you're still growing get extensioners that your ortho will give you if not you're gonna have to get surgery because it's gonna cause early wearing out of the teeth, breathing problems and it effects the whole midface so if you don't fix it your face will look like a vase for daisies.

Make your own toothpaste. Not only whiten it but keeps it healthy, strong, no pain. My ingredients 3% peroxide, tea tree oil, baking soda, the end. Strong, effective and cheap. I literally erased a lifetime of damage and the dentist is still scratching his head because I use to have a cavity every visit. I haven’t had one in 10 years!!

@@khariskweendom3625 Yes. They're worst things to consume everyday and ppl live to be a hundred like my grandpa. He lived off pork, whiskey, fastfood and lived to be a hundred. I think you'll be safe with baking soda. It's all in what your body can handle. Remember we're all individually different. Don't base your way of living base on what you heard. Listen to what's said, assess, then make the choice of what works for you.
