She’s incredible. It blows my mind she can’t seem to get further along on her voice alone.
Loren has the qualities of Barbara Streisand and Olivia Newton-John. Effortless power and control of Babs and charm and beauty of Olivia. She kills it on the Britains Got Talent performance. It still gives gets me choked up.
Wonderful movie-this is my favourite song from it. Loren recently did an audition on Britain’s got talent singing this song. She earned the golden buzzer. It’s a stunning performance. She deserves more recognition. 😊💜

@Raphael Zafra - From other reaction videos, I know you're a huge Morisette fan, so let me comment this way: Mori by far does the best COVER of "Never Enough," but it's virtually impossible in this case to "beat" the original by Loren Allred. Understand that I am NOT dissing Mori's cover in any way - it's spectacular - but it doesn't quite have the emotional impact that Loren's original has.

Niiiice! . Am I tripping, but she seem to have "country" sound feel from time to time. I hate to compare but Morrissette has done a fabulous job without reaching for decorative runs.
You’re joking right? She sung the original without the runs. It’s OK to do runs when you’re singing it again without singing the same way you did the first few times, including the time she did it in the movie. Now you’re gonna pretend that somehow you are a weaker singer when you do runs so that you can keep Morissette at the top of the list. My God Morissette fans are obnoxious. This lady has sung it in different ways, many times changing it up. There’s nothing wrong with that. Go watch her original version. It’s nobody’s fault this is the first time you’re listening to the original singer, when you’ve had five years.

@@Rosannasfriend Not sure where your visceral rage is coming from. This version was arranged differently to the original and I didn't think that it was as good.
It is true that Mori sang the song in the spirit the original was interpreted. Keeping runs and embellishments to a minimum. She has the range and power to do that. It was live but not in a theatre so hard to compare voices and tones.
Loren's movie (studio) performance originally was great, but I hated the drums and orchestral playing over the top of her voice. The production got too enthusiastic with the drama :)
@@Rosannasfriend Plus, Morissette isn't even a good singer, she's uses protools constantly - you can HEAR it. Plus the damaging technique of shoving her tongue down the back of her throat so she has to FORCE sound out, will ruin vocal chords.
