This is the first time I saw an army get wiped out by rocks
I don't know how Dark stays in games he should have lost five minutes ago but he has the ability. Bunny showing some excellent patience, not overextending too much and even his mistake not scanning ahead to catch the infestors didn't punish him thanks to how far ahead he was. Really solid play.
Dark is just that good. Bunny really played immaculate. I would be so tilted if a chunk of my army got destroyed like that 😅

Instead of buffing Terran units at all in the next balance patch they should bring back island bases. That way all the top Terran players try to own those maps just for dark to nydus them.
Bunny tried to cheese dark. Dark did not appreciate that.
90% of my BW games were 3v3/4v4 on Hunters (not BGH) and 2v2 on Lost Temple. I loved Lost Temple.

Bunny is not hanging with Dark when Bunny wins^^; Dark had some amazing plays in one game, with the rocks and the infester in the end.

Dark had 0 army while Bunny had a bunker in his natural full of marines that was nearly finished killing his hatchery and somehow finds a way to win the game???? Did Bunny blow it or is Dark just a magician?

I didn't understand why, as soon as Dark sent his first roaches across the map, Bunny didn't just send everything up Darks ramp. It was 10 or so marines vs 4 slow lings and a queen. Murder everything and end the game! Instead bunny tried to chase and got morph microd to death 😢

i dont get why some pros dont just build a raven at some point for stuff like game 1 but others do, bunny wasted like 10-20+ scans on lurkers/creep over the course of the game he could just have a raven or two instead to clear them out esp when dark was just sending 1 lurker at a time to bases late game and baiting scans
Is there a reason people dont always build ravens at high level for that kinda stuff? im asking because there are some pro terrans that do build them a lot (byunn for example) so i dont know why others dont. I assume there has to be a reason to justify why they dont but i really dont know what it is and am curious what the downside of making a raven or 2 is? it seems cheaper than burning all those scans in the long run even if you had to make a second starport or something to not mess up medivac production (thats the only tradeoff i could think of)

I think it comes down to what you lose for building the raven. If you build the raven you're generally delaying your medivacs which in turn is delaying your early marine attack. Different pros value each of those things differently depending on the game and I think this is why sometimes they build one when they want to play less aggresive and other times they skip it to get a more aggresive timing.
@@xakannax Detection is the lowest priority reason that Terrans build Ravens. Bio will sometimes build a Raven with the early game tech lab but that's it. Bio should never make more after the early game as this cuts into Medivac production, which is what makes Bio good. Mech players might keep one or two late game.
zerg is also the worst matchup for raven plays bc interference matrix is nearly worthless while anti armor is generally slow against zerg on creep.
The reason why ravens are more used in other 2 matchups (especially in tvt) is that they have powerful mechanical units in their roster, something that zerg obviously lacks

ghost change would be good for the game.
- make them "light" (die vs banes, hellbats)
- snipe costs no energy but takes 3 seconds (instead of 1.43) and 10 seconds cooldown.
- snipe can target everything but makes only half the dmg to "armored" and 1/4 the dmg to "massive" (
- cloak needs no tech
- they use +1 supply (no more mass ghost)
making banshee an Ultralisk killer to compensate weakened Ghosts in this role would be interesting (+30dmg to massive )
oracles need nerf too, they are too good for everything (scout, creepkill, dronekill, zerglingkiller, stasis..).
maybe -20% dmg and change to 100mins 200gas.
enable basic hydras to hatchtech... while their upgrades stay at lair; and Ultras to lair while their upgrades stay Hive... maybe interesting.
he really just say scaren army....
