- Here's a short video of a "new to me" '96 Triumph Trident 900 that I just got a few weeks ago. This is one of the first models made at the "new" Hinckley plant back in the early 90s when Triumph first started up again. It's all original & in stock condition. What an awesome bike! It's a great roadster, super smooth with a lot of torque and that great triple sound, and tons of character. It just needs to be a bit louder, though, I'm planning on putting on a nice set of aftermarket exhausts at some point.
The bike had been really well taken care of, it looks almost brand new! Hard to believe it's 19 yrs old.
Fantastic motorcycle
Lovely old thing mate!
What a great looking bike, sound is awesome. Want to have such 1.
That's an old fashioned obsolete bike of the type that we need more of. Looking at one for possible purchase this weekend.
I know, right? I sold mine a few years back, and do miss it; it really was a great bike with a lot of character. Good luck with your purchase, they are great bikes!
@@mlw61mlw Thanks. It reminds me of the good parts of my 1980 GS1000G
I reckon there'd still be a market for something like this.
A beautiful brit in the peach state.gorgeous bike mate
Thanks! These 90's era triples from Triumph are awesome - I sold it a few years back, and sometimes regret it. It sure had a lot of character and was a great riding bike.
One dream of motorcycle.
Mine is the same color, a 96’.
It is a very solid runner 🇬🇧👍
Thanks - they do run great. I sold mine a few years back, and do miss it; these really are great bikes, they look, feel, and sound awesome.
I've got one, exactly the same on an 96 N plate. Looks and runs great too, 21k on it now.
@@adolfshitler I had mine out yesterday; they’re amazing bikes! 15 years ago I got it in a divorce settlement for $2,400…..STEAL!

How strange. I got mine 3 years ago as a second bike, so the other half and i could go out on it as my 701 wasn't capable of this. We split 3 weeks later, before we had a chance to go out on it. I put it in the garage and left it, still haven't ridden it. Intend to use it next spring as the 701 will be sold shortly.
Still my favorite Triumph. Why does the screen seem to warp when the camera moves sometimes?
Filmed via potato
Thanks, yes, one of my all time favorite Triumphs too. That "screen warping" is something that happens with CZcams's software that edits out camera vibrations. It does look pretty weird. I think when you upload your video it gives you a choice to use it or not, on this one I must have said "yes". Or it might be the funny reply above, which says, "filmed by potato"!
Nice bike, how much power does it make?
find a set of staintune pipes i have them on mine ( i have the same bike ) and they sound great. there a slip on type and there made for the bike.
