I too am struggling with the background music. The captions are not helpful as they are not punctuated and therefore do not make sense. They also require very fast reading.

When your 72 yr old has a UTI with delirium and delusions. What do you do? My father is 72 and has had 3 UTI since I have lived here. He refuses to go to the hospital and he has that right. EMS workers have said they need his permission yet he's confused, delusional. How do you make sure they get to the hospital?

I hope that the role of very low estrogen in elderly women is addressed. Hormone replacement could help as it does in younger most menopausal women. They’re still women. Doctors forget that
Why do you need to put in that annoying background music. I Am 75 years old wear hearing aids and it's annoying to try to hear what you're saying

There is great difficulty getting fluids into elderly in care. Too frequently they refuse to take more than a sip.
There are sugar free fruit flavoured water filled sweets.
I use true lemon brand of sugarless lemon crystals to help my elderly dad drink more water. Went from 6oz/day to 16oz/day still not enough.
