Another excellent song and production. You are a singular vocalist and a visionary songwriter, and your peers such as your bandmates, gayle, yoshi and demi, no doubt, recognize your greatness. You have an unflinching ability to appreciate and express both the highs and lows of life. However, I don't think most people, aside from your diehard fans, are ready to look at themselves and/or the dark side of life that closely, especially in the context of a pop/pop punk format. It's a shame your recent songs don't get the recognition they deserve. Maybe that's what worked with overwhelmed was that it was about similar themes, but not quite as dark... thus more universal in some ways. Also, it was catchy as hell, but so are a lot of your songs. Hooks up the ying yang in RATS world. Seriously, why doesn't bad kids, girls, i can't get high, i'm not sorry etc. all have millions of views. IMHO they are just as good as overwhelmed and abcdfu. I dunno anything.
