One of the favorite Puppetoons featured on "The Puppetoon Movie Volume 2" is George Pal's "The Gay Knighties" which Pal made for Paramount Pictures in 1941. Stars Jim Dandy as Sir Archibald Cornwall, a wandering troubadour who meets a Giant Ogre that is charmed by his musical lute. Frederic Chopin's "Minute Waltz" is featured. Voices: Pat McGeehan and Billy Bletcher. Restored from the original 35mm Successive Exposure Technicolor Negative. Produced and Directed by George Pal.
