Rocks can’t be found polished naturally

rubies, aquamarine, smokey quartz, emeralds are found in pegmatites......but in cambodia they're found in streams and in loose dirt. And not only that, they're already cut and polished and in some cases, already set in jewelry. Diamonds are only found in kimberlite and there are no known kimberlite areas in cambodia. And gold painted rocks can be found everywhere. I guess education hasn't quite caught up with people in cambodia yet.
