*Do you like to make your place of work comfortable?*
Yes
I like to know what things are called.
I liked your comment because you stated your ideas very well and politely,
however, I like to watch his videos and try to guess what he is building, and there's always the reveal at the end.
I was glad to see him apply stain and sealer to finish it off.
I am a beginner to woodwork, the main test I have with this bundle czcams.com/users/postUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt is that I think that its hard to settle on a choice of the plan and outline to use as there are a large portion of them there. Nonetheless, I like the simple stride to step directions laid out there.
Sir, you are a true Master-Craftsman. I salute you. Although, I loved all that you did, I must admit I took the easy way out and bought an equivalent bench from Harbor Freight Tools. Regardless, I do thank you for sharing this video of your design with the CZcams community. I truly wish I had one-tenth of your innate natural talent. God bless.
Thanks for sharing!
When using Forsner bits... you should make the counterbore before the through hole. Other than that minor procedural item... looks like you did a pretty good job of it.
I purchased Rockwell jawhorse and it is amazing. A tool I use with frequency in the shop, similar concept and it folds away nicely. A little on the pricey side but we'll built and worth every penny!
Nice Bolton😀
Bro😃
Super idea 💡 👍
Clever design, well built and very nicely demonstrated. I also love the lack of music and nonsense dialog ... it was easy to watch and maintain concentration on the subject at hand.
Well done and consider me a new sub. Cheers!!
Excelente proyecto muy bien desarrollado y mejor ejecutado , un banco de trabajo muy original , gracias por compartir , un saludo cordial y por supuesto un gran like desde Narón , Galicia (España) 🤓😜
Nice job!
Nice job.
When using multiple sizes of forstner bits it is best to use the largest first, so you don't lose the center for the next bit. Drilling all the way through as you did first means there is no place for the larger bit that makes the nut recess to be absolutely co-axial.
I always jump to the end first, to see if it is worth watching for 10+ minutes. Why not edit the video to show the end game first, how it will be used. It will also help the viewer understand why you need to glue up stock, etc, what aspect of the use requires stock that size. Just suggestions.
Seriously. The lack of description will make this hard to look up in a search, and it looks like a cool.. I don't know what you'd call this thing.
@@billwallace1177 It's a portable horse vise? Lmao It is interesting. I'm sure I could use it for something.
Its a workbench with a built-in vise and the pegs with caps are called bench dogs.

Very True. Suspense not necessary! Advice on point
*Bravo.*
I like my power tools even more now.
That is probably the most practical sawhorse I've ever seen. Definitely got my noggin going on some personal ideas. Thank you
Yes, 200 hours later and 7000 worth of tools, easy peasy
Sometimes I think the amount of work Sometimes doesn't justify the outcome. But making stuff is making stuff. Nice video.
I loved woodworking. It used to save you a ton of money making your own stuff. But now with the prices of lumber it’s become completely just a hobby. Mostly using repurposed stock. A sheet of plywood went from 12 bucks to fukn 55!!!!
Shortage of wood 🪵 ?
Prices will go back down. In the meantime, the way to make it affordable to make your own things is to sell stuff, too. People have gotten tired of mass produced garbage that costs a fortune, falls apart, and has no character. Give them something beautiful, function, and rarely seen at a fair price, and you will be able to afford to support your hobby.
Bro that is awesome 👍 thanks
Superb presentation, thank you!
Super express 😺
Жесткости маловато. И надо предусмотреть возможность утяжеления для устойчивости. А вообще прикольно.
thanks bro, like 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you!
Awesome work. You got yourself a new subscriber.
Sir, you have way too much free time……..
Insomnia does that to you...
Speaking from experience.
everyone has ! I think you're spending on tv
Maybe you should free up some of your time?
Maybe you should free up some of your time?
Its Covid time so yeah...we pretty much all do.
Great job using a metal vice to assist in the making of a wooden vice.
Dammit, Sir! You kept me guessing right up to the end! Bravo, that is a well designed work table. Your workshop tool list is growing!
What a great idea
Your titles crack me up 😂 they're similar to the ads that say "man knows a secret BANKS HATE HIM" 😂
Before and after first so people understand what is all about. Tumb down for now.
I like it. Would be very handy. Maybe folding legs for more compact storage, but still a really good idea!
Here is a tip. When you glue two boards together the tend to slip around as you clamp them. I noticed it happened to you here. If you sprinkle a little bit of table salt in the glue that will give enough grip to not slip. Not a lot just a pinch
Wood is good.
Thanks for sharing those tips and the make!
Fantastic work of art!!!!
Looks good 🐱
This is so cool and useful.
Nicely done.
Your videos are good and informative, why ruin the credibility with misleading thumbnails and titles
Very nice.
Highly skilled, excellent workmanship.i can understand the quality of work because l am an experienced mechanical engineer from India, keep it up.
This guy got chipmunks in his shop
My eldest brother did work like this to make his own workbenches and furniture in general. 60yrs since he did it and it all works, moves etc with no problems.
When you know what you are doing huh
So the pictured bearing is never shown or used. Or am I missing something?
This was my thought too. They vice/saw horse was awesome, why not do a picture of that instead?
Your best project so far!
Nice work. I’ve been looking for more examples of combined steel and woodwork.
Highly skilled craftsmanship 👍👏
Yes
Is it heavy enough to be stable while working on clamped workpieces?
Why would you need a stable workpiece when you have 690k views?
Really nice. Impressive!
Good idea, always looking to improve the workshop. Keep up the great work as the goal is for us to continue to inspire others to build something awesome! 👍🏼
U are awesome man, love from india 🙏🏽
This workbench is awesome with the like that vise, nice work... Make sue the center pole doesn't bow out underneath it. Clap it up
😦Clamp it up.😂
Yep, the vise screw needs a 1"(2.24mm) board on the end that would travel in a channel, made of 1"(2.24mm) X 1"(2.24mm) stock, to keep it running parallel with the bench top as it moves in or out during adjustment..
Nice. Nice clean work! Looks really practical. Saving this video to make one for myself!
Show people WHAT it is, show them HOW it's made, then get them to REPEAT what you've done. ILLUSTRATE, DEMONSTRATE, PARTICIPATE.
You could have use screws and not glued them to make a portable workbench
Liked your T junction you made 👍🇬🇧
cool
I’ve watched hundreds of woodworking videos and I still catch myself trying to blow off excess saw dust at the phone. 😂
Excelente labor
Nice bench!
Very smart!
Cool idea but pretty light weight. May work better at a lower height(see saw bench) where you could place your knee on it.
Must have shares in a PVA manufacturer
Brilliant
Well done. Well worth waiting for the final product. Great design as well.
I have a Black & Decker workmate portable that I bought off market place for $40.00.
Got myself a Workmate after seeing this video... No offense but life's too short to make a wobbly saw horse so I bought one... bit wobbly too but at least it comes with a guarantee... which I can't say about my own work.
Very nice 👏 👏 👏
Or... you could pick up a Workmate bench available at all hardware shops and save all that timber for something practical
Столярный верстак.
Кому не надо - не тратьте зря время на просмотр.
Sorry to be a keyboard warrior but isn't that captured nut on the wrong side of that piece of wood? Surely it would break free with just that washer holding it in place...
That's the ticket! Get down and make something practical.
You really are a clever chap!!👍✌️🙏
WOOW!! Muchas felicidades y saludos
Nice!,
That’s 10 minutes you’ll never get back. It’s a wooden Vice.
From my personal experience I've found using an old cotton white tee shirt while wearing latex gloves to work the stain into the wood. I appreciate staining in the outdoors in full sun as it shows the puddling of the stain. Excellent project. Well done video.
I enjoyed your video, but the clickbait title didn't help. Just tell us what you're making in the title.
AWESOME!!!
Beautifull.
It needs some bracing so it doesn't rack. Its just pine after all. But cool
Great job, I like it a lot.
Nice build, but why are you in such a hurry? You’re going to give yourself a heart attack.
Amazing work, watching from Ontario, Canada 😎🇨🇦🙏
Nice one ))
Instead of 300 hrs to built a clamp you can buy one at Lows for $15.00.
I checked and the wooden clamps are $8.00
Nice
Video
🍃🍃🇮🇳🍃🍃
Only problem is work bench is too light. Needs a bit more weight to not move on you.
dope
Well Done...... Take some steel angle iron and put it around the legs for stability and better center of gravity.
Great job bro....
Respect for Labor
Really good to hear
So you just made a black and decker workmate?
My God, how DUM are we. Putting a vice on the end of a saw horse. What is wrong with us. 10 out of 10 for this.
Neat 👍
Am I the only one who noticed the nut for the vise screw is on the wrong side? All of his clamping power depends on glue holding that nut in place. If he had reversed that jaw, the nut would be on the backside and unable to be pulled out.
Raise your blade a hair for your plane to work easier
Cool! How do I make the vise screw without a welder?
T pipe fitting
@@chrisvos2721 That would work. I could slide the T fitting over the screw and then drill through the fitting and the screw. Then I could press a dowel pin into them and secure them.
I regret watching this video.
