I rarely leave comments on anything, but I will enthusiastically do it to help boost the algorithm to help elevate the ratio tournament format for UMVC3. Ratio tournaments always get a thumbs up from me. I really hope TNS will consider doing these more often, like once month or bi-monthly, as these ratio tournaments are a delightful departure full of unpredictability amidst the otherwise staid and monotonous parade of the usual suspects in standard tournaments: same players, same characters, same outcomes. This format is the antidote to the mundanity that plagues competitive UMVC3, a much-needed infusion of novelty, creativity, and excitement.
I wonder how much more things would change up if the assist you pick added or subtracted points from the ratio value of the character depending on how good the assist is.
@ultrasparrow not really I'm pretty sure Mario is the only person in a very long time to fop 8 with him mind you normal tournaments still factor in and besides him I deadass think DXP's secondary is maybe the only other but he usually only does it when he cba. He's also very bad

Tony puts the game in another level, and we will be blessed if we ever see a player with his skill and passion for the game again. Rayray breaks records. LT breaks records. The ratio points were originally determined from usage in the weekly games, IIRC. He's probably still there because of Level 3 X Factor comebacks. My blessed brother. 😂

They don't do decimals, secondly he is literally top 3 and has a fairly high pick rate in TNS tourneys hence he's a 7. You can be a 0.5 therefore Jill is a 1.

Also, there are so many Ryus in the past ratio tournaments. Im a little confused why hes a 2 when the number are based on usage?
Also have to factor how many players win and advance with Ryu as well. AFAIK Ryu hasn't won enough consistently to have him ranked higher.
