I loved how savage Stefan was with Elena. He said everything I was thinking, and her reactions were hilarious and infuriating at the same time. I remember liking Elena the first two seasons, and then after that, I was done with her. They definitely did her character dirty. When she went into a coma all I thought was "thank God, I've been waiting 84 years for this moment."

Stefan deserved so much better the entire show. He was so in love with Elena and constantly sacrificed himself for her and was even nice to Damon most of the time when all he did was hurt him. Elena and Damon were the worst characters and that’s why they deserved each other. I just wish Stefan didn’t die for Elena and got his own happy ending. Bonnie too.

She lost her innocence. She wasn’t kind, she was disloyal to her friends and her BOTH boyfriends [damon & stefan] she’s was just the actual Katherine. According to the director, if elena had stayed after season 6, elena was supposed to get back with Stefan. Maybe that's why I'm these moments she's not over stefan. But since she left after season 6 and only came back for the finale, it would only make sense and be smooth if elena continued to be with Damon.

Tbh the only thing the writers did right was letting Elena be sleeping beauty while Stefan and Damon rebuilt their brotherhood bond. She didn’t deserve Stefan and Damon could’ve did way better than his brothers girl.
That would have been a good time for Julie to get them back together if that was truly their plan from the beginning of the show. It was so obvious that Elena was still attracted to Stefan. If Damon had left as he promised when Elena chose Stefan, their relationship would never have happened.

Honestly, I like Stelena. They are very perfect, sweet and beautiful. And everyone needs a guy like Stefan. When it comes about stories and books, I am more into dramas, realistic, toxic and imperfect relationship. And that's a reason why I prefer Delena. Another reason is that Ian and Nina have hotter and amazing chemistry.
Anyways as per the show, Elena definitely didn't deserve Stefan. He was too good for her. She actually loved Damon.
I love seeing a healthy Delena shipper so much. Like you can definitely prefer Delena over Stelena no problem but don't act like you're blind to the facts just because you are biased.
