Class-action claimants granted appeal in lead poisoning case

The South African high court gave permission to a group of claimants from Zambia to appeal an earlier court ruling that threw out their class action certification. Their lawsuit seeks compensation from the Anglo American mining company. Claimants say they are victims of alleged ead contamination by Anglo's mine in Kabwe, Zambia.
