- The Miami Hurricanes cruised past Boston College, 45-20 in ACC Football action. Hurricanes quarterback Tyler Van Dyke threw for 290 yards and 2 touchdowns in the win. Running back Henry Parrish Jr. rushed 11 times for 111 yards and 2 touchdowns. Jacolby George and Colbie Young each caught touchdown passes in the game. BC quarterback Thomas Castellanos threw for 151 yards and a touchdown and rushed for another 130 yards and a touchdown in the loss.

Wish we could have gotten the TVD from this game all season. The young man struggled at times this season. He did a great job of throwing the ball away or checking down this game.
He looked hobbled asf still. On the runs he was limping. Feel bad for him. It’s not even like he got roughed up this year had a clean pocket

Miami is on the rise. Record should’ve been 8-4 at worst or 9-3. Added depth to defense, OL and a talented Qb will help the cause.
I'm telling you, we should've been 8-4, should have won that game against GT, but we got screwed over. The refs have screwed us over all the time when we should have won games. Should have eon vs GT and had two missed safeties against Clemson and FSU

A dominating win over a bowl-bound team in their house! Another standout moment to me was that late (meanless to the outcome pic) but then the sideline erupted like it was a game-saving interception in a title game. The Canes were overjoyed for a young player getting his first big play......that's a band of brothers right there! That's the U flickering and starting to come back to full charge!
Man the ONE GAME I MISSED ALL YEAR.

Good win, but to compete at a high level Miami must hit the portal hard to find big physical guys that can stop the run, experienced DB’s, and a dual threat quarterback that’s accurate with his throws.
Miami had the best run defense in the ACC……qb play is all Miami lacked bro..held fsu to like 8 yards rushing first half before defense gave up…

The sad part is, this game shows what could have been this year in terms of the record. However, I think this sets up well for next year. Mario better load up on nose tackles, safeties, and QBs.

They finally used the tightens, a little bit. I still have issues with clock management because we really could have scored 60. That3rd and 2 run had me scratching my head. When you have a team down, make sure they don't get up.
After the Louisville game I complained that Miami was not using TEs in the passing game, were not using quick slants over the middle, and not getting our fast guys like Smith the ball enough. Well, the BC game looks like they solved some of the problems. Good job, Miami and staff. Now we need to get our DB's to stop playing eyes and hands and actually turn their heads to find the ball so they can make a play on it.
So we are 7-5 this season and could have been 10-2/11-1.. were definitely better than our record says. I hope we get a good opponent and good bowl game.. let's go CANES
Only game they seemed a bit over matched was FSU. Other than that QB play was the biggest factor in all losses. They find a QB and they’re right there.

Am I the only one that doesn’t understand why they haven’t been running Parish as much? This game they finally do and you see what happens. He was a big part of our 4-0 start. Idk if he got into with the coaches or what but they abandoned him in the middle of the season, unless he was milkin an injury we didn’t know of.

As a miami hurricanes fan I don't want Vandyke to come back next year he totally failed us this year he was an interception machine am ready for Emory Williams to take over & move on from him no more excuses we can't win big with him

@30rackshawty He's not terrible. First of all, he's a freshmen. Second, he won in overtime against Clemson, and almost beat an undefeated #4 FSU on the ROAD, put his body on the line for it all, and got hurt. In that game, he is the definition of grit and determination, doing whatever it takes, even his own body, to win the big games. He's gonna be fine.

Miami Need a fresh start next year at QB TVD proved this year that he is not the man. Maybe give Emory Williams a shot or get a better QB on the tranfer portal but we need to move away from TVD

The hell it is! Miami scored 31 the week prior to this game against Louisville, 29 against Virginia a few weeks before that, 28 vs Clemson, 31 at North Carolina, 41 at Temple, 41 against Bethune Cookman, and 38 to start the season, all in the 2023. Check your stats announcer.
