Hey folks! I bake a mini cheesecake as dessert we can called a finger food specially in Party, Birthday or any occasion, a mini colorful cheesecake will surely be love children and adult. In this video i bake a mini cheese cake in silicon molder you can guys bake in a normal molder .
decorating my mini cheesecake is only optional you can decorate as personalized design by yourself, This is my First time to bake a mini cheesecake in silicon mold was thought gonna burn and the taste would burn out too after searching about silicon and some videos that silicon mold is safe for baking.

Ingredients:
Base:
Biscuit 150g
melted butter 60 gr
Filling:
Cream cheese 300g
sour cream 185g
sugar 80g
vanilla extract 1 tsp
2 eggs
Lemon Juice 1tsp
flour 15g
6cm wide x 4cm high silicon moulder
preheated the oven and set for 150 degree to 20 minutes
for decoration (optional):
Strawberry jam
blueberry jam
raspberries jam
chocolate melted
