That was a fun unboxing and a good look at this airbrush. I almost bought another Gaahleri airbrush during the Christmas sale, but since I got one during Black Friday, I really could not justify another airbrush. I think my Paasche and Gaahleri will cover everything I do. Thanks for sharing!!
Thats cool Larry. I have 6 now... Lol If you get one just for the medium so small work get this one and put the 0.5 needle in you 39 and you will have a good combo for painting. LLAP 🖖
Oh wayward is the way of the tool monger... I got a swallowtail barbatos rex version for my birthday... So now I got to get the mobeius too... And the Harbor freight black widow spray gun gen 2!!.. I need spray guns annaomous!!!... Not really 😂😂😂.... The gaahleri airbrushes are good value for the money.
The quick disconnect on this airbrush does not lock into an Iwata connector. It just pops back off. I had to borrow an Iwata quick connect for it to work. But, this airbrush is very nice and will be my go to.

Here's my thinking. What are you going to do with the swallowtail? An what with the Mobuis 0.2 or 0.3? The swallowtail has a 0.28, 0.5, 0.7 needle... Do you have a air brush, are you adding one or replacing one? If your adding and you like your, say 0.3 brush go for the swallowtail. Just my thoughts... I got both as a addition... 😁 LLAP 🖖
@@Bruces-Eclectic-World I really want the fan cap for the swallowtail. I have the GHAD-39. I am learning with it. I would love it if Gaahleri came out with a fan cap for the advanced line. After using my 39 the other day, my pointer finger was cramping...the trigger on the swallowtail might be more my thing for that reason.
@@LambchopBuilds I love my GHAD-39 and I use it with the 0.5 needle most of the time and switched to the 0.28 for the fine stuff. I also have 2 GHAD-68 with 0.3 an 0.5 needles in them now that I have the Mobius 0.3 the GHAD-39 will keep the 0.5 needle in it. I use both GHAD-68's for the same reason, uncle author screams at me if I use the GHAD-39. So the GHAD-68's are my long session tools. So yes you should get the swallowtail for that reason. I may get the Fan cap some day... Lol I guess it would be cool for the other series too... Lol LLAP 🖖
