Never knew she was from Oregon. I'm from a small town in Oregon as well, Cottage Grove. She is not kidding about the meth problem. Especially now with all the current drug policy changes and the fact we don't really have any mental health institutions. Anyways, being apart of the scene growing up in rural Oregon you definitely get used to getting shit on.

It's not like there's a trendy new wave of mid 2000s metalcore happening now, so I feel like they hit the right point of nostalgia, are reviving it in a sick way, and doing it with hardcore ethics.

I'm a woman and for me the Barbie movie was just okay. It might be because I am the most cisgender woman and have 0 gender dysmorphia or envy for other genders. I think being a woman is awesome, so a lot of the themes they touched on, I just couldn't relate to. If people look down on women or try to control them, 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼. I thought that the Ken stuff was funny though.
