@micsir888, Thks for appreciating my performance. Training 'Form' is just a routine, importantly is to execute the moves effectively. Chinese Kung Fu is much more profound other than the traditional moves. I think I've much to improve.
@HANDSOMEPXXX Thanks for reminding everyone that we should be improving as CMA practitioners, even when you're in your older years. The stance need to be accompanied by smooth breathing & good flow, results in effective strength for both defence & attack. I associate speed with 'angle' ...which is why there more than 100 strokes in our Hung Gar Forms. Admire your passion & attitude my friend.

I practice Choy Li Fut, a style very similar and age to Hung Gar. I've always been very fascinated by the Hung Gar style. Thank you for sharing!
