I can feel this energy, I can feel a change in me, there have been a few times I've got upset but it's not the same, I maintain my calmness while being upset which is very unseal for me. It's like I just don't feel the desire to yell or shout anymore. It feels like I just don't expirenced the same level of anger, like I'm subdued somehow.
