- Suez blockage is holding up $9.6bn of goods a day. This works out at $400m an hour in trade along the waterway which is a vital passageway between east and west.
Data from shipping expert Lloyd's List values the canal's westbound traffic at roughly $5.1bn a day, and eastbound daily traffic at around $4.5bn

How can you say that petrol price hiked only because of suez canal, and what about the price hiked before the ship stuck... It's all for the 5 trillion economy and the govt is making all changes to achieve that by stressing us harder. Wise will understand!!! Thanks
I did not say it will go to the point, i said it may go high. Reports said that india is the biggest importer via suez canal and also said that india is receiving around 500,000 barrels of crude oil products per day through suez canal. So at that point nobody knows for how long this bolckage is gonna continue then in that situation it is obvious that everyone think that it would bring us the impact also. I said that if this blockage continues for more than 9 and half days then, oil prices may go high.
So i advice you to watch the video carefully. I am not opposing any government here just saying that this would bring such an impact.
If you want to know how the petrol prices got increased to such level please go and watch the video that i made. I did not brought up suez canal blockage in that video.
