Love the boat , just a bit of advice, raptor coat the the anchor well the chain and shackles will eat it alive in a really short time , I am sorting out my stabi 1550 well soon
Something you should consider. You will end up with electrolysis from touching dissimilar metals with that stainless shackle holding the boat down on the trailer. It would also suck if someone stole your shackles off of your trailer when your out on the water.

How are you finding going from a cab style to smaller centre console? I’m interested in what made you choose CC and smaller……I’m in the process of maybe doing the same…..going from 7.5m Islander cab to a 6m similar to yours
hey mate, thanks for the message. I downgraded to a console to try some new fishing styles with spot lock casting etc. I am now going back to a half cabin 8m. I like to be able to do the long trips and in comfort more than the open console style. they both have their pros and cons.

Great setup. How comfy is the swingback seat? I just bought one to put in a big panga that I am finishing up, am hoping it is OK.
