It seems it was not a standard contract they had. Kizz even alluded to this in his live broadcast that when he was contacted about the show in Tanzania, he just thought, okay since he was going to be in Uganda, he could as well jump on the deal. I think he has grown beyond such an arrangement. He is international now and should have things well arranged. Contacts and their details should be well spelt out and legally enforceable. And the issue of logistics, he should fix that. He doesn't have the luxury of a private jet like Davido, so he will always be at the mercy of airlines. To deal with this, he needs a good logistic manager that knows how to plan factoring time and other contraints that may pop-up into plans. Guess this is Kizz's first world tour, right? Some learning to be done. The promoter may not necessarily be new in the game. Doing shows outside Africa where things are more organized is different from shows held within the continent where so many things could go wrong. If they had a day between the dates for Kizz's arrival and the show, they would have had ample time to sort out late minutes issues like they had. Lessons for all.

When Musty was talking everyone was abusing him. We are too sentimental and quick to bash and judge, always hear from both sides before you share sentiments. Like musty said there are hazards in any business and if you don't know how to mitigate situations one unintended bad incident can destroy everything you've built. If Kiss keeps getting mis-stereotyped, maybe he also needs to start evaluating the kind of Promoters he works with. Final verdict, I think this promoter was clearly in the wrong. There were incidentals beyond Kiss control and it was the promoters responsibility to control the situation and maybe due to lack of experience he did not know how to.

I think the issues here are that
1 Stephen was economical with the truth.
2 Appeared relatively new and inexperience in show business and don't know how to manage conflict like when they evolved .

It seems it was not a standard contract they had. Kizz even alluded to this in his live broadcast that when he was contacted about the show in Tanzania, he just thought, okay since he was going to be in Uganda, he could as well jump on the deal. I think he has grown beyond such an arrangement. He is international now and should have things well arranged. Contacts and their details should be well spelt out and legally enforceable.
And the issue of logistics, he should fix that. He doesn't have the luxury of a private jet like Davido, so he will always be at the mercy of airlines. To deal with this, he needs a good logistic manager that knows how to plan factoring time and other contraints that may pop-up into plans.
Guess this is Kizz's first world tour, right? Some learning to be done.
The promoter may not necessarily be new in the game. Doing shows outside Africa where things are more organized is different from shows held within the continent where so many things could go wrong. If they had a day between the dates for Kizz's arrival and the show, they would have had ample time to sort out late minutes issues like they had. Lessons for all.
This isn't Kizz Daniel first world show. Kizz Daniel had a Usa tour last month.

If you don’t own your own plane or jet and you know you have a show or concert somewhere, please leave a day early for things like this to be prevented. Yes, anything can happen, flights could be delayed due to weather conditions and or anything whatsoever. Natural disaster is real but if he had left a day or two days earlier then all this sentiments would have been avoided …!
