Chicken Sandwich Spread Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Boiled Boneless Breast Chicken 375 grams
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Sandwich Bread Sliced 8
Method:
Mix chicken, salt, black pepper, and mayonnaise well in a bowl.
Apply on a bread slice. Place another slice on top. Cut into two parts and serve.
Egg sandwich spread Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Boiled chopped eggs 6
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tbsp
Sandwich Bread Sliced 8
Salad leaves 4
Method:
Mix eggs, salt, black pepper, and mayonnaise well in a bowl. Place on a sandwich bread slice. Place the bread slice on top of the salad. Cut in two and serve.
Mix Vegetable Sandwich Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Carrot (small cubes) 1
Peas 1 cup
Mushrooms chopped 1 cup
Capsicum chopped (large) 1
Cabbage chopped 1 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Bread sliced 8
Salad leaves 4
Method:.
Heat oil in a pan and cook mushrooms and peas for 5 minutes. Add all the remaining vegetables along with salt and pepper and cook for another 1 minute. Cool and mix the mayonnaise. Apply on a bread slice. Place another slice on top. Cut into two parts. Garnish with chopped salad leaves and serve.
