Great concept. Great design.
BUT poor functionality - shutter lag time is unacceptable and device keeps shutting off during photo shoot.
You claim 100% Ulanzi product satisfaction - yet - nobody is getting back to us with answers. We have purchased Bluetooth Grip kit, that includes, grip, tripod and mic. We paid $64.00 for the kit. Problem is, when you put the supplied mic with supplied deadcat on top of the grip, the deadcat ends up in front of the lens and is clearly visible in photos and videos ( unless you cut the hair on the bottom of the deadcut sleeve). Box for the mic says "for DLSR" cameras, not for iPhones so we assume you shipped wrong mic. Furthermore, you supply 2 (two) identical 3.5mm jack cords that should connect mic with Phone. However, these cords don't fit iPhone. Also, the tripod is the cheapest thing there is. No matter how much you tighten up the ball, grip is still moving around. I wish Ulanzi would have better customer service that stands behind their product. Thank you
