I'm in Europe. Unfortunately, Ikea moved into the outskirts and they not even offer a catalog on demand. Regrettable because not consumerfriendly for all.

I understand how this can be inconvenient and not consumer-friendly for everyone. Hopefully, IKEA will consider making improvements in the future to better serve all their customers. If online purchases have also become difficult, it seems to go against IKEA's aim of becoming more omnichannel. It’s very disappointing, and I hope IKEA will strive to do better.
