Thanks! These guides helped me make to the stage in Tekken Tournament at Pax east this year. I never played in a tournament or in front of crowed so i shit the bed bad because i was so nervous. I only have one combo right now. So after adding these i should be able to capitalize on my whiff punishments a lot better. Thanks again!

2 weeks ago I had to read and reference hits in a combo, now i understand the input by action. Ive been able to learn Hwoarang at a much faster pace than I thought I would thanks to you my guy. Seeing the movement and foundation here and mimic it at home has been working well for my lack of skills. Just subbed as a thanks.
*Note to others, I have never played tekken since 3. I never bothered learning it at a competitive level. I only got this game maybe 1 month or so ago.

when i first started getting into tekken a little more seriously i used to only play against my cousin who’s currently fujin and a demon on jun. from just fighting him, i tested ranked and got to garyu in one sitting. after i realized some of these basic strings weren’t working despite having so many hours on the character and knowing all the inputs but none of the combos and just doing stuff based off of feeling
i watched your combo guide awhile back to see what I wasn’t capitalizing on and it elevated my play style and I got to tenryuu.
Then after I started watching your game play and some of your poking techniques , i started coming up with some of my own combos and im fujin now.
My pc is currently broken and i’m hopefully gonna get it fixed, but being at my current level and watching these convos gives me so many ideas, and i’m also happy to see you found an extender for the rising 3 since the last combo guide.
hoping im able to hop back on tekken soon, was one off fujin.

Been waiting on this for weeeeeks. My longest combo was B3 4444 UF 343. It definitely wasn’t enough. I’d do that shit like 40 times before someone died. I know all these moves but could never string anything together fr. NEXT should be a pressure guide🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

map 3+4 to a trigger ez
Made it all the way to Battle ruler with just T7 knowledge. Left loads of DMG on the table with every fight and was only getting about 50-55 dmg on combos. I should be able to reach Tekken King with the knowledge in here. Especially the button buffer tip. That was a GAME CHANGER !!!!
For others, combo at 5:54 the fourth move in the combo is meant to be forward 4 instead of just 4

Why do u3 3F 3,F4 for wall break? u3 3,4 4 does literally the same damage, also breaks the wall and is much easier to do.

New Tekken player. Hwo i think is the coolest, so I wanna use him. Do y’all have any tips on just starting or what to learn first? I’ve heard that he’s easy for beginners to mash with but I’d like to develop good habits and try to actually learn him. Any tips much appreciated
Lately in stages like colliseum or in general in situations where you're not going to be able to reach the wall, I have been leaning more towards sacrificing a few points of damage in favor of ending the combo with f,f,f+3 for the okizeme, what's your opinion on this? It's imo the best ender for mid-stage oki, it leaves them relatively close, gives you huge +frames, and disables their ability to quick side-roll. If you follow up with a dashing f,f+3 it basically beats all of their options except back-rise and block, which still leaves you +6 to set up some further CH baits, etc.
For example: JFSR, 3+4 3~4 f+4 3~4 u/f+3+4~f u/f+3+4~f u/f+4 (t!) f,f,f+3 still does a respectable 79 damage and gives excellent oki followup

Hi, playing Hwoarang for years, but seriously played since T7, please can you make a guide about this button features, because, I always tried to repeat some of your combos from stream, and I thought that I don’t have enough finger speed :D, I didn’t know about this holding button cheat) Playing on Ps5 controller. Now I’m near Fujin, still learning and trying to grow up. Or movement guide, because your movement on insane leven, and I don’t understand, how are you doing this on PS5 controller. K-wiss, I have 2 questions, that if you could answer would be of great help:
1- How do you do a microdash??
2 - I had found this other combo on a youtube video called Optimal hworang combos (or something like that) and it supposedly does 83 dmg from b3, but there is a part I cant get to connect no matter what I do, and I'm starting to think it not be a true combo. Here the combo by the way:
b3, f4, 3~4, dash, 2, 4, 3~4; dash, b3 T!, ff3+4, 3~4, dash, upback 3
(That second b3 is what I cant connect). Thanks for the help!

hey kwiss i have a question please. i watched anakin's video in which he was fighting speedkicks hwoarang. in that video speedkicks was doing blue spark in right flamingo 3~4. i just cant find a way to do that
Btw kwiss, did you know you can get +10 from ff3 at the wall? It's really finicky, but if they ukemi right or just get up and you time the ff3, its +10 and then you get a guaranteed rff 1,3 for resplat.
Awesome, thank you. Have you considered a counter type guide? I have been having trouble with ling type players who are constantly low to the ground.
I found B3 to be decently helpful against Zafina and Ling types that stay low. Its a launching mid, so they wont stay on the ground for the entire match

@ultrabored1 df 1 3 into pressure is a good mid check, but then again some mids wiff depending on what theyre doing

bruh i never heard of the button buffer n always wondered how yall switched stances so fast 😭
If you have trouble buffering, you can set 3+4 to L1 or L2 to quickly switch stances. (This is available for more button combinations like KI Charge etc.) Hope it helps.

yo K wiss I notice somethings when practicing Hwoarang and that when doing the JFSR you need the jus frame, but when I keep messing up like like it puts out a df4 and changes stance its easier to do the JFSR for some reason like I'm able to do while be 2-4 frames of the just frame, Is there a reason for that or is that just Hwoarang tech
