Really entertaining episode 😂. Shah was like a girl who came to the kitchen first time in her life and Yasser was the experienced mother, guiding her how to pour the oil in the pan😅. SHAH is a TOTAL character in himself, you must bring him in the kitchen more often, he can give so much content to your videos... too humorous !
Here's a tip for you that will enhance the taste even more better that don't cut the chicken from the bony pieces make your broth or anything you're making with all the spices and cook then you could seperate the meat from bones or shred them so while cooking the broth of bones which will make it eventually taste better this is how my mom do it

For juicier chicken you'd usually cook in medium to high heat that way chicken won't have time to release juices but also get cooked all the way
