This is making me want to reinstall Rising Storm 2.
GODDAMN that is a fucking good game man. I heard it was “really hardcore” and not for faint of heart so I held off for ages.
Got bored on shiftwork having no friends awake to play with so I watched Ken Burns “Vietnam War.” Thought I needed a good Nam game and downloaded October last year?
Pretty much played a couple rounds daily until EFT wiped in January. Decent enough graphics (surprising considering its age), really good gunplay with some cool features I’d never seen even in very complicated games, and SOOOOO goddamn intense and immersive.
Modding scene is cooking atm

At least 4 me it still retains its arma identity and isn't some shit arcade game switch like the dayz engine 1.0 "upgrade" for console that essentially made it cod survival pubg 2 and have 0% of what the mod had a decade ago

Its such a great game but the servers are soo bad. I want to like it but the constant server lag and server crashing, i just uninstalled it. They need better hosts.

@bobbymay8618 in general. Modded servers are the worst, but even officials crash or lag super hard randomly.
@@MultiRenegade6uninstalled too, this was the one server that was stable then they update a mod or two and its 999 ping disconnects all over again.
@@MultiRenegade6I’ve been playing for like 3 days straight loving it man. The servers have been way better and the mods are constantly on there trying to update and fix everything. Don’t give up on it man I promise you it’s a blast when you can get past the little shit like that

From what we know, he is not a developer but rather the "Community Manager". Isn't it ironic?
the modding would be better if it was workshop and not ingame menu because installing stuff is awful, also the server list sucks
The console players really ruin the arma experience most of the time, they think its a call of duty lobby or their highschool locker room. Never once heard one racist/terrorist thing in an arma game from the playerbase, after playing this game its literally every single game and sometimes all game long. I check the lobby and its a console player EVERY SINGLE TIME
