- In this tutorial I am going to teach you how to master your skills at building the BEST Mini BR possible! Using the Thermometer Islands and Custom Terrain you are going to be able to make some really impressive maps to show your friends and the rest of the world. Please join me on this creative journey!

This is a good tip if you have your old br map select the storm beacons and select it to your hut bar load up your map and paste the storm

Ok so first amazing map, I just had a question about the storm circles. My storm circles are not staying inside the first one they are just going to random location and getting stuck in the previous storm. Anyway to fix that?

Want to make my own for fun so I have a cool map to showcase or look over newly acquired skins without having to play an actual public match. Would coming up with a layout in mspaint or something of that nature before making a map be a good idea? Like would it be recommended as to know where everything should go in the final version before constructing terrain?

Why when I set down my first piece of land, and I build the wood goes under the actual terrain so I’m left with a piece of wood sticking out of the top of the terrain
I used this exact terrain on my new map and it looks better and saves a whole lot of memory.
The only issue is that sometimes floors that break right on top of the terrain also causes some chunks to disappear, causing you to fall through the map and have a big ugly hole. Is there any fix around this?
Yes sadly this curses me as well. Make sure when you place your terrain build to prop is origin center. If build to prop is off when you place terrain expect big holes

When I place terrain my Island like flickers and I can see the water underneath the terrain is that normal
I’m currently building a BR map on the already made thermometer map, I’ve made a few locations (Jilted Jungle, Lovely Lake and Cluttered Containers) but I’m stuck on ideas as the terrain is not flat, which makes things harder to build for me! If anyone has any suggestion ideas or tips, your help will be appreciated

When placing Build it Floats in the sky on my islands so I put it on grid snap 32 it looks better

Hey dp i recently made a br map and I was wondering if you could check it out. I’m in season 5 right now doing around a season per month. I just play with a a couple of my friends. It’s made off a horseshoe island and has a lot of terrain work. I use a lot of your tips and tricks and advice while creating my map.
I finished and got a problem I can’t build on my lands

Yeah it doesn’t hurt to try it. Changing your maps around all the time to make them fresh is smart. Even if it’s Temporary
