I first heard this song while in the middle of a Magic The Gathering game. Needless to say, we had to stop playing. Not just because this song is incredible but we were several dabs deep and few beers as well so the intro got me giggling for a solid 15 minutes. Actually a catch phrase within my friends now. @@RasaCartaMagna I have a huge amount of respect for the AS block, they embrace the surreal (which really shows in the earlier animated shows, Tim and Eric, and the infomercial block), and also having flying lotus do the music for their bumpers.
@@bamblo4273 I've liked some of their content, but never enough of it collectively to *watch* it - almost all my exposure to the AS lineup's been online.
The few times I was up in front of a TV that late, I always felt like the "surreal" aspect was trying too hard to hook the recreational crowd. Additionally, I'm pretty picky about that sort of humor. Generally used to prefer the British takes on the dry angle.
But, all in all, I was referring to the television scheduled block - don't get me wrong, there were a good handful of shows from it I enjoyed over the years; it was the television experience itself that I was put off of.

Bazooka Tooth is one of Danny's fav albums and I don't think Aesop needs much more exposure.. He'll forever be underground and he's definitely a top 5 most popular UG rapper. Besides, his last solo album only sold 1000 less copies than Old did in it's first week

For the past month I've been listening to this daily, and I can't get enough of it. People think Danny Brown is just all about sex and shit like that, but his lyrics are actually pretty deep if you listen closely. And you just can't go wrong with Busdriver and Ace. Tony Hawk introduced me to the underground when I was like.. 8 years old, and it's been my favourite genre since.
I'm not sure he's such an additional value to the track...

Its weird how something as simple as a video game could play such a pivotal role in my life, but without those games I probably would have never found out about this music or gotten into skateboarding.
