I can briefly summarise for you, the main point Yan An is driving across is that you shouldn’t put your arm/racket too low just because it’s underspin. After locating where the ball is coming (judgement), you should use your legs to bend more and lower your center of gravity to lift the ball. If you feel a lack of power it’s usually due to the legs not being in the right position/posture to produce the upward force. He also mentions the style of dropping your hand to purely loop upwards is more of the 70’s-80’s style, with the new ball and modern equipment it is more effective and practical to have a forward brushing movement at the peak of the ball’s bounce. thats true... hitting forward is more effective now...i tried both... putting hand low will make ball spinny bt not speedy...you can't finish the ball with it...driving hard forward in backspin ball is more perfect
拉下旋球可以先做下旋球擺短的動作，然後再翻轉一點拍面進行拉球的動作，把以上的分解動作連貫起來就是拉下旋球的動作，無論球在上升期、最高點、下降期、檯內球、出檯球都可以使用。

想要抵消球的旋轉並不需要用蠻力，只需要增加球拍與球的接觸時間即可。
影片中引拍的動作已經引到桌面以下了，球拍從比較低的位置引上來接觸到球的瞬間很自然有一點點往前往上擡的動作(這個時候只在於增加球拍與球的接觸時間，還不要對球磨擦)，這個時候下旋球的旋轉已經被抵消了，然後翻轉一點點拍面拉球(這個時候對球進行磨擦)。
下旋球擺短的動作是把球往前往上擡過去 (只增加球拍與球的接觸時間，不進行磨擦，增加球拍與球的接觸時間是為了抵消球的旋轉) 。
