The mystical island of Haida Gwaii - AWD Ford Transit DIY Camper Van life & Overland Adventure

Follow us as we travel in our self-converted Ford Transit camper van to the mystical island of Haida Gwaii, on the pacific coast of British Colombia, Canada. We visit Haida sites, see totem poles and wild camp along the ocean.
The van is a DIY-converted AWD T250 MR Ford Transit twin-turbo V6 Ecoboost with a Topo 2.0 Stage 3 2-inch Van Compass lift kit, Sumitomo Encounter AT 265/75 R16 tires, Tec Van rear tire carrier and ladder, CR Lawrence windows, Espar gasoline heater, 200 A/h of Renogy lithium batteries, 350 W of solar panels, Renogy 2000 W inverter and much more.

Hola Philippe, bueno que decirte? Nuestro mundo tiene tantos lugares maravillosos que no conocemos , así que darte las gracias ya que de esta forma y a través tuyo puedo conocerlos. En una parte del relato vos decías que el lugar tenía como un ambiente japonés, a mí me parecía el lugar más relacionado con la cultura Maorí ( los totem o estatuas de madera). Se veía muy rica la sopa de vegetales y el pan que preparo Caty. 😊 Saludos para los dos.
