- The Ahsoka series is almost here! So it's time to go through a quick recap of one of its main characters, Hera Syndulla, for fans who haven't seen Star Wars Rebels, The Bad Batch, or any of her several other stories.

General Hera Syndulla, a great leader and space mom you can always count on to have your back.
One of my favorite lines from her is her basically confirming this role early on in the series by saying “alright kids, make mom and dad proud.”

She is my favorite pilot. She is an incredible character. Really excited to see her, Chopper and Jacen.

Also very unlikely to come up, but sometime after Scarif, she was assigned to train pilots for the Rebellion at the Lucrehulk-Prime flight school where she was briefly kidnapped by Dr. Aphra. After that, she was given command of a group of ships that took part in the assault on the Mako Ta Spacedocks. Then came Endor.
Favorite character in Rebels, she's awesome. I hope her character and story in live action will be just as engaging.

I never understood tough why she never told Luke more about Kanan and Ezra, since both of them were Jedi or the entire thing with the Loth-Wolfes and the World Between Worlds.
I believe that Hera never had the to meet Luke personally because her duties to raise Jacen without Kanan and her position in the Rebel Alliance made her too occupied to talk with Luke. And I think after the war, Mon Mothma and Hera were told by Luke and Leia that they were twins and children of Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala. Also, I think Mon Mothma only knew about Leia being a Skywalker child, even Bail Organa wanted that very few people in the galaxy to know this information for the sake of both Leia and Luke.

Dume would be cooler, but I wouldn't be shocked if the middle name (which may not exist in star wars for all we know) was Ezra, because that's probably what Kanan would have wanted.
I hope we get some kind of flashback to her and Kanan.
Unless Freddie Prinz, Jr. is pulling an "Andrew Garfield," he's denied any involvement.
Kinda like with Luke and Leia, I can't see (timeline-wise) when was Jacen Syndulla...let's say...conceived?

I'm really interested to see what they do in Ahsoka -- particularly in terms of flashbacks? Because, well -- the last we saw of Thrawn, he was flying off with Ezra and the space whales. And Thrawn is IN the Ahsoka series. So...what happened there?

I still wanna know why Hera "walked away" from Sabine. I really don't like how they make it sound like she gave up on her for some reason as that completely goes against how she was depicted in Rebels.
@@user-fv2jg3kg4m Oh was that Ahsoka talking? I honestly thought it was Hera. They didn't show who was talking during the line "Just like I walked away from Sabine" and I honestly found Ahsoka and Hera's voices in live action to be somewhat similar but probably due to not hearing much of Hera
Maybe Hera will be a mentor to Sabine. That’d be interesting.

Not sure if this will come up, but at some point she also met Luke Skywalker during the Galactic Civil War.
I assume this is in the comics? Do you know which run it is?
@@ShortThe1st So it's part of story arc that begins in Star Wars #26 where the Rebellion actually learns about the construction of the Second Death Star and it leads to Hera and Luke's conversation in Star Wars #28.

Live action hera looks odd, instead of alien hair from the back of her head it seams cosplay green pinted person wuth silly hat.
Almost as much of a live action butchery as the grand inquisitor in kenobi series... and sub par acting, more heavily diluted disney star wars. Always limp and disappointing
