- Matt's offroad Recovery Games have taken over Sand Hollow. Rained all day yesterday so we decided to chase some squirrels around. Always fun when it's wet sandstone. It makes every obstacle different.

We were pretty much doing East Coast style crawling with the wet and muddy rocks. Fun day.

How good does that KWT separator work? Is it worth buying?
I will let Pete answer that question. I'm not sure. Colby and Pete, both swear by them. I just by cheap amazon filters and just throw them away after a few dusty rides. I used to blow them out but stopped doing that.
When I first got my KRX, I was dealing with a lot of self inflicted dust. The KWT helps prolong the intervals of cleaning the filter. But it seems lately, the dust is not as bad as it use to be. Besides, Sand Hollow has very little dust. Just sand and rock. lol
Thanks for replying. I have a UNI filter but don’t much like it. It seems like most the riding I do is in the dust and it even gets behind the oiled filter. That’s why I ’m looking into the KWT but I don’t know anyone who actually has one. What filters are you getting from Amazon? Anyways, thanks again for responding and enjoy the ride.
