Those barricades are used at many of the military installations, very effective. Some rise out of the roadway just in time to make a real strong barrier. Can stop a large truck also. Great reporting, much better than what we now get from the media. Interesting fact is that many Russian RR crossing have a similar type of barrier Lighter weight but effective. No way you can ignore the crossing signals with a train approaching. I wish Bright line in Florida would use them.
Pretty much what is seen in any large city overnight. When its dark, who knows what comes out of the shadows. A busy night for law enforcement in the city I live near, they get to see some bad scenes. Not much the cops can do about it, just investigate and gather up the pieces.
