      Didn’t got your text yet.. So I’ll respond here.. It will fit properly., But know that its made for classic, there is a difference in position of rear foot rest in both these bikes.. by almost 1 inch., So in classic the exhaust mouth will completely cover the mid pipe end, while in electra it will cover its edge to be precise.., so to have snug fit., u have to do some adjustments

    I installed peashooter exhaust without db killer in std 350. Bass thumb is good but a busting sound (like dup ) occurs while deaccelarate or going down slopes. What was the reason

    • @RowdyCA
      @RowdyCA  Před 3 lety +2

      It’s called back fire, It is normal for all bikes, It will occour in stock exhaust too.,
      While decelerating, air fuel ratio changes a bit (as accelerator will be closed/less) and the combustion process will be incomplete, so unburnt fuel will be exploding in the exhaust, where oxygen is available…
      In stock exhaust it will be very quiet, in this exhaust it will sound like bang…
      But if it’s occouring excessively during normal rides, check the air filter and carburettor…

      My bike is just 8000 km. Does it harm engine or carburetor. Is this sound occurs in your silencer

    • @RowdyCA
      @RowdyCA  Před 3 lety +1

      @@swaroopjm370 Yes it occours, It wont harm the engine., It occours all the time inside stock exhaust too.. just you wont hear it..
      But just a little trick, you can pull the clutch and let the bike roll, while decelerating, or slopes,,, it will avoid that popping sound…

    without db killer peashooter or AEW goldstar , which sounds better?

    • @RowdyCA
      @RowdyCA  Před 3 lety +1

      Peashooter sounds bassy and thunderous, Aew Goldstar glasswool would sound similar but sound will go bad soon, requires glass wool change every 1500 kms or so..
      Peashooter comes with Ceramic wool, which can last 15+ years generally..
      I would suggest you to get a Peashooter.. It sounds awesome…
      If you cannot source peashooter, you can get Motowings, it sounds similar, but costs double..

    Bro do you get the feel of the old bullets thump in this ?
    Btw I have a BS4 Classic , will it sound good on my bike without Db killer ?
    Your videos are very detailed and loved the way you have captured the sound and videos in different perspectives. Great work 🔥

    • @RowdyCA
      @RowdyCA  Před 3 lety +1

      If you are asking about that Slow dug dug dug dug beats.., Yes, when u ride slow, it produces exact thump like that, (not indori like, Im talking about stock exhaust of old bullets) but it takes 1000 kms of riding for the sound to change… from bassy beat to Cast iron like thump..
      But when you ride fast, like any other bikes., it produces that continuous roar instead of spaced thump.. So Yes it produces 90% closer thump like Old CI bullets,, But mostly Its dependent on your riding style., you have to ride it slowly., shift early.,
      RE did absolute wonder in designing this exhaust.. ❤️‍🔥

    Bro I am using this silencer but I absorbed mileage drops.

    • @RowdyCA
      @RowdyCA  Před 3 lety

      You might have revved the bike a lot… Lot of users do this when they use free flow exhausts., they rev it to hear the bassy roar and then the milage drops., as this is a 350cc bike milage drops significantly when we rev the bike a lot…
      Please ride it within 40, no rapid acceleration or unwanted brakes, and observe again, if the milage drops., If it drips even after riding smooth, we should check
      1. Proper tyre pressure
      2. Carburetor tuning
      3. Clean Air filter
      4. Backfire or missing in engine
      5. White smoke/ black smoke (rich afr)
      6. Spark plug colour.. (should be shiny and not black)
      7. Chain slack, lubrication..
      These things affect milage much more than this exhaust…
      If everything is okay, then there might be an issue in the exhaust..
