Been running a 729 in my crawler for 2 years without any issues at all.actualy thinking about using one on my 5th scale for throttle/brake,and trying there 5th scale steering servo.

I am something of a servo snob and I’ve got lots of high-end and brushless servos from Protek, Hitec, Savox, NSDRC, Orion, Reefs, AGF, Eco-Power, JX and others. Anyway, I bought a used Arrma Talion that had a PowerHobby 729MBL in it. I was considering replacing it but when I saw that it was brushless, it’s relatively high retail (for a Chinese servo), and all it’s rave reviews,I decided to give it a chance. I cranked up the BEC voltage to 8v and after just a few drives I was sold. The 729 is a fantastic servo! It has a rare combination of great power, super quick speed, brushless reliability and smoothness, water resistance, aluminum case, and reasonable price unmatched by any other servo I’ve tried. When I saw that you were testing one I watched the video right away. How is it that you build, drive, and test all the kits and hop-up parts that I love? You have excellent taste my friend. Keep it up!
