It's a subscription model so I won't be going near it, but no doubt this technology (or similar) will become native features in DAWS within a few years. The same thing happened with Melodyne, so I can wait.

I've been working with a lot of different ai in Images, Videos, and voice changes for talk which doesn't work for singing. I am looking at Laylas and Kits. Kits is ranked as best. This Ai just popped up on my YT feed with your video. NI checked out the site using your link. Thanks

What's lame is you need to enter a CC just to try it, and they don't offer a one-time payment option. It's a monthly subscription for some stupid reason. That makes literally zero sense for most of us, who are just hobbyists. Otherwise, it's pretty cool.

Again, insane what AI can do. One of the problems, though, is that you'll have many, many recordings with the exact same voice. And what makes a voice interesting and unique are its idiosyncrasies. Also, the idea of treating vocals in midi seems so ridiculous. Singing is like showing your soul, your vulnerabilities. You can't quantize that, can you?

Awesome. Thanks for the demo. I am in favour of AI tools. I would use ACE Studio on my original songs. There is an option (for $279 if I recall) to record someone's voice and turn it into a voice model for use in ACE. I would use it to do this for my own crappy voice in the hopes that the AI version would sound like me, but with a much better performance. However, I can see this being abused. For example, someone pays a singer a small amount of money to record and license their voice (or even use a recording against their knowledge), then never hire the singer again. I wonder if ACE has some way of preventing this for a famous singer who has the money to sue someone into oblivion.

I don't want to make negative posts, but if you see, for example, what Udio can do, it is a shame that you cannot enter in which key tone you want it to sound.
I also have sudo, this is not free and can't match Udio, I also had the impression that it performed more correctly when I used the daily 50 free credits 😅.
