    Definitely I must be a kind of weirdo... I do love your videos hence I am always looking forward to any new one. It is really awkward to see only 4 comments when there is so much meaningless content in CZcams with thousands of comments. I just don't get it 😉. Thanks for your videos. Entertaining and instructive!!

    You would benefit by sticking to the same (fixed) White Balance for all the shots in a panorama - otherwise the camera will make a different decision for each shot. Yes, it could all be sorted out in post-processing (Sync) but.... you know it makes sense! And make sure that your camera's ISO is going to stay fixed - many cameras let you put what you think is a fixed ISO on, then actually give you the lowest range of Auto ISO.

    Nice video will be awesome to see how you guys blend exposure bracketing. Do you use luminosity masks?

      Tomas Ramoska Totally agree, I too would love to a follow up tutorial on blending bracketed shots in PS, as in getting the exposure between land and sky just right! Excellent video guys, thanks for sharing.

    Ahhh, I've heard 'bracketing' mentioned before, and as a noob, thought where is the bracket thinking it was a physical thing DOH!
    Thanks I now know that bracketing is stitching, so that's cool, thank you :)

    • @geoffchalcraft9432
      @geoffchalcraft9432 Před 7 lety

      It's not right to think that "bracketing is stitching"...... it's about taking to or three (or even more) shots of an identical scene (so it's best with your camera on a tripod to keep that view exactly the same) but using different Exposure Values. That will (hopefully) guarantee that you get the correct exposure for different parts of the scene - then they can be joined up again in editing, normally using layer mask(s). Bracketing was originally just a case of taking two or three different exposures of the same view, to make sure one is right..... so it's become something a bit more accurate now.
      "Stitching" is usually a term reserved for joining shots together in a panorama, but it seems to have become a description for joining any pictures together, even the bracketing as described above.

    Just discovered your channel, nice work indeed, useful info and nice edits too but if I may regarding the sample images would be really great to have iso, aperture, and shutter, as general reference....

      Hi ylemort, in this video I'm using an Osprey Aether 70. This is a camping rucksack but I also have a small shoulder bag placed inside to carry my photography gear too.

    Did your batteries suffer from the cold at all?

      We personally didn't encounter any major battery life issues on this occasion, but it's never a bad thing to bring some spares!

      Hello Gary. The animals are Herdwick sheep. Herdwick sheep are the native breed of the central and western Lake
      District and live on the highest of England’s mountains.
