He was also the producer in charge of hiring and selection of employees and pre production. Je shouldve insured sufficient protocols were there and they were complied with. Hollywood Celebrities can't get away with everything.
He was one of many producers. He wasn’t the only one calling the shots. Hence, why the judge omitted that.
