Yup. That's just who he is. Joker is an introvert and more of a listener than a talker. He mainly only talks in 1 on 1 conversations or if he is directly spoken to in a group

They wanted to stay true to Joker's character with how they executed the anime, meanwhile P4TGA didn't have to account for something like that.

Hate to be that guy but sometimes he sounds like he’s in the middle of a whisper and talking.
Hes like that in OG P5 too. Its pretty much his "quiet, reserved" voice irl vs his booming voice in palaces.
Well remember Ren is treated like an outcast at school and most of his life now so hes going to be a bit more reserved because of it. But its probably because thats the way he acts too
And that's okay. He's like that in the original game too. He's a soft-spoken introvert in the real world and lets out his more theatrical side as Joker in the Metaverse. Which is when his voice is louder

As a highschooler I can confirm that not all have deep deep voice...maybe because my voice is *slightly* higher than most guys in my school
No not really. His voice fits his age. Joker/Ren is 16-17 years old, making him in his late teens. He's almost a young adult. So it makes sense for him to have a somewhat deep voice as a teenage boy who's already gone through puberty
Litten Fire id have to disagree, sure there are some around that age who can speak like that, but not many. If you told me to listen to his voice blindfolded I’d definitely wouldn’t think that’s a highschool student.
