I just watched the documentary and thought it was a beautiful tribute to a great band. But mostly I wanted to watch it for my daughter who loved Bon Jovi beyond measure. She died at 33, almost 20 years ago. She would have been so delighted to see you still playing, still entertaining. Grey hair and having to work harder on the voice, she would have loved you still.

My favourite band since 86 and I've never wavered. I was gutted when Richie left but so proud that Phil X took it on and they've carried it on.
This is exactly what I came to say. They’ve been my favorite for the same amount of time too. I was 8 years old when I discovered them. I would love to see a tour with both Richie and Phil.

Bon Jovi has been my favorite since I first heard them in 1986 thanks to my friend Michelle. I saw them live on my 17th birthday that year. I'd already bought tickets then won floor seats... OMG ❤ I've seen them 10 times over the years. The last time was in 2000. I drove over 4 hours to Cincinnati, OH to see them. It was bittersweet. I'd recently lost both my brother & my Grandmother. They were always so excited when I'd come home from a show to hear about it. I cried through Never Say Goodbye. I was even wearing one of my tour shirts the day I found out I was pregnant with my son. The memories this band has given me ❤

I have seen the entire documentary, and it is curious how capricious life is to see people like Glenn Hughes who, at 70 years old and after having consumed all kinds of drugs and committed all kinds of excesses, still has an incredible voice, even better than when I was 25 years old, and then you see Bon Jovi who worked so hard to get to the top, nature has taken away his most precious asset and his work tool. I have felt real pity for him, because he seems to me to be a great human being and a great musician. I had the opportunity at the age of 21 to see them live when they were at the zenith of their career back in 1991, and today it is still the best concert I have ever been to.
Man, Glenn Hughes has a completely different caliber of voice. He's blessed with just an unnatural talent for singing that jon doesn't possess. Not to say Jon is bad, he is great, but Glenn is paranormal almost. It's never a fair comparison.

I absolutely agree with you, most people don't understand why it's my favourite band... in the past I used to hide my preferences but now I don't care... I'm proud of it and when I tell people I've been in a bon jovi concert in 2013 at Metlife stadium (I'm from Spain) they now feel jelaous about that...

I'm looking forward to seeing the documentary. It would have been interesting for me to see how Alec John Such would tell his story today. Not only was he an integral part of the band's formation, but I would have loved to hear his point of view on his departure from Bon Jovi. Rest in peace Al.

I've had the pleasure of seeing the band 10 times. 1st time, Wembley Arena 88, the show ended early because Richie ran into a row of lights in 88. Jon gave me a high 5 at Milton Keynes in 06. Every concert was an event. Thanks guys for some incredible memories 👏👏👏👏🙌🙌

Sadly, he’s a drunk. Even in the documentary, he can’t even annunciate his words! So sad. I love P X! However, that doesn’t mean that Richie is not funny, talented, great voice and kind. Drugs (alcohol) are a bitch! Let’s hope Richie heals quickly and let’s support BON JOVI now, with or without Richie.

Bon Jovi has been my favorite band since the mid 80s! I've seen them 9 times in venues in Maryland, Philly, New Jersey and DC. My best friend and I would always go together, it was our thing. We'd make it a girl's trip and do dinner first. I loved Jon and she loved Ritchie. I remember when the video for Livin on a Prayer came out on MTV. It was (and still is) the coolest black&white video ever, and we watched it about a hundred times that summer! Everytime their songs come on the radio, even now, I always announce "hey, it's my guys!" Anyone who knows me gets that I'm obsessed 😊
OMG!!! In - 86 you reached Sweden and I was hooked, met you in Stockholm - 93 and have seen you in concert about 10 times, the best times of my life and I still love you 💜💜💜

Alec passed away before the documentary so no, he won’t be there. Maybe mentioned at the first series but at least he got to be alive during the RocknRoll H of F. That induction is more important for them than any documentary.

Bon Jovi is my favourite band ever. I live in Australia and have tried to see them every time they play here. I still have a guitar pick that they thew out in the crowd in the early 90s. Last time I saw them was in 2013 In Brisbane when they toured with Kid Rock. It was my first night out after having a baby. I went with my mum. I can't wait to watch the documentary.

Growing up my uncle Vinny told stories to us about you playing when he owned the fountain casino! That was way before I was born, but I've always found that to be so cool that he knew "Bon Jovi" before you were BON JOVI! 🤣 Excited to see the documentary! seen them 7 times. First concert was bounce tour at Hyde Park, I knew 3 songs, living on a prayer, always and bed of roses. Friend had a spare ticket so I went..... hooked from that moment on.... I now know all the songs lol

Everyone grows older, that is obvious. So anyone faulting a band, or person for that is a loon. BUT, the unfortunate part is that Bon Jovi the band was destroyed through massive ego issues by their leader and thats Jon. He should take responsibility for that but won't. Spent the last 20+ years writing the same song over and over again with the same grifters like Shanks and Falcon. You needed to get out of the comfort zone and work with real writers and people who saw your real talent instead of wasting your time. And in between all of it.. Jon should have walked to the ends of the earth to pull back in the one partner that made this band what it was in its glory days.. Richie Sambora. With a new album dropping this year, which most likely doesn't include Richie.. one can really say Thank You, Goodnight.... and Goodbye. Its just sad in the end.. and not because people got older.. its because they got scared of the ending to their story.. instead of going out the same way they came in... FEARLESS.
