I was there today. It is very overgrown to the east as you come past the Needle's Eye and looking at your video they've put a fence up.
Yes it can get overgrown during the summer, once you go under the stone arch I head west, seldom east
@@keithkirkphotographerfilmm7088 I really wanted to visit the cave that is (allegedly) there but five foot nettles put me off 😁
@@colinharris1858 wasn't aware of a cave, but if there is one it can't be very big, better ones at Douglas Hall just along the road
@@keithkirkphotographerfilmm7088 yes there's meant to be a cave and a small disused mine there too just around that corner. Mother nature didn't want me to investigate.
