Unfortunately the new European emission laws and OPF filters have ruined the sound on all performance cars including the F Type. So even if you don't pick electric you will end up with a vacuum cleaner if you buy any new car now 😞

When EV silly enthusiasts tell you their car is faster and that sound is pointless, remember they think teslas are like iPhones, will never be interested in old teslas if they can get a new one and they plan their routes with the charging network instead of the windy mountain road map
Exactly. Teslas are just a artificially blown up hype because media and politics push EVs. Oh, and because its Elons brand. I mean, Teslas look like shit and even some owners admit they are ugly. They intentionally buy ugly cars. Tesladrivers just don't care about what cars are about.
@@Allen_Blunt Sort of correct. I think you'll find that no matter how long that car is on, as long as the valves are open the exhaust will always come out of the outer two pipes. It has to do with how they designed the "active" exhaust system. My car does the same thing where when the valves are open the exhaust gases exclusively come out of the outer two pipes because that is the path with the least resistance (avoids the muffler). When the valves are closed the exhaust has no choice but to go through the muffler which leads to the two inner exhaust pipes.
Exhaust gases take the path of least resistance, when the valves open it opens a pathway that avoids the muffler which leads to the outer exhaust pipes. The 6th gen Camaro w/ dual-mode exhaust does this as well. Almost all cars with these types of exhausts will have a set of pipes that come out of the muffler and another that avoids or only goes through a corner of the muffler, when the valves open and close the pathways switch.
It’s because of sounds like this that I don’t ever wanna fathom owning an electric car🤤
