    This came out GORGEOUS!! I noticed, when I did my Kintsugi inspired tumbler, even the gold paint turned more like a rose gold, with the purple ink base. But, I really love this.

    That is stunning! Honestly, you could have stopped at any point after you first dropped some color onto the alcohol wash, and the cup would’ve been a stunner 🤩

      No epoxy just alcohol poured on whatever white paint I had at the time I've used gloss ,semi and matte for these....

    I'm so tempted to do this, then put s thin layer of expzy on top, then do another layer of ink on top and see what happens.

      I think with the right colors and a light enough layer as long as it was pretty translucent it would be cool!

    I really love the tumbler and the way that you did it. I have a question after the alcohol inks dried did you seal it before adding your epoxy to the tumbler?

      No I never seal my inks. I just let it dry and go straight to epoxy! Thank you 💜

    The heat gun actually dried the ink faster.

      Yes I will do that! Sometimes I use heat on these and sometimes I dont.

      What do you mean remove the inks? You would have to strip the cup if you had epoxy on it...

    Did you epoxy the tumbler after the spray paint and before doing the inks?

    What could I seal the vinyl with to keep it from lifting?

      I rarely get lifting if I've burnished well enough you can use a thin layer of uv resin just on the decal or a coat of ccdiy quick coat but sealing vinyl with any spray product will often cause vinyl to lift or shrivel and cause bigger issues.

      Like mineral spirits? I have no idea honestly, but I'd say no since they are geared towards removing things.... now if you mean spirit's like vodka maybe....
