War robots is incredibly fast on creating items for the game, but never bother to fix the glitches n' bugs in the game, fantastic
Yeah - in regards to the latter: They're really freakin' slow.
Of course the new content brings new revenue. So it gets more focus. But keeping the game healthy and free of bugs and cheaters is quality management and should be prioritized, too!
@@ManniGaming pix is trying to get as much money as they can in short amount of time however they fail to realize that they could be making even MORE if they simply fixed bugs and balanced bots and fix the economy so more players can join and old players can come back and happily spend without feeling straight up scammed

@@ManniGaming They are more focused on short term profit. And bringing in new content as quickly as possible ensures that, while fixing lags, pay to win, glitches, etc are unprofitable in the short term even though it ensures the long term survival of the game.

It also has an ability called castling. Castling is where you switch places with the King, creating a more defensive monopoly.

War Robots feels like a game where the fictional corporations in game constantly trying to improve and making their next robot better than the last.
However, when constantly innovating more powerful robots, balancing is probably not one of their concerns.
Think of the early days of WR as the birth and the start of these companies, simple robots like griffin, stalker, lancelot, and as time goes on they make bots that we wouldn’t even think about back in the day.
It’s an interesting way to think about the game but seeing constant meta changes and OP bots isn’t really going to make the game enjoyable to play.
This is a role-playing perspective you used there and yes: Then Balancing doesnt matter.
But from a game-design standpoint in multiplayer: Balancing has to matter

The titan sounds pretty tanky and only explosions and flamethrower-like attacks bypasses those shields AND you can replace them with full durability. I wish there was a durability indicator for them so we can see how low they are during battle
Watch for smoke and subtle explosions like Tyr, it's noticable if you train your eye.
oh good looks like the dev finally acknowledge that the game is in crisis and named the robot in this state with an ability literally called overpowered
Manni it says that the titans are level 3 on the test server but the hp is maxed for all of them. So the rook titan will have 650 k hp at max.
Atleast this is the case for other titans.
Also it seems like the crisis robot will be very easy to kill. I think it has the lowest hp at max out of all of the tier 4 robots at max level.
Anyone with qr will always beat it.
Still, I don't enjoy how pix keeps introducing new bots, like WTH, they literally just introduced lynx

Probably killing Crisis won't be easy bcuz they going to buff him very hard (same as behemoth)
Crisis is made for sniping so you’d need to out range it and also have QR to even begin to kill it but if you can hit it then it can hit you too.
The Crisis is a Behemoth and Loki put in a blender, blended, and then injected with steroids. At least the Stealth is pretty balanced.
The Rook is a Luchador, Shell, Murometz, and Minos, all blended up in a blender. Imagine if the Rook could repair grey damage... ( at least it doesn't!)
Based on the icon next to the 35% which is the same as an icon for the titan damage controller, there is an extremely high chance the rook takes 35% less grey damage, same as luchador.

If the rook didnt heal itself with the destructed shields, it would sound a LOT more balanced. I actually like the idea of a titan that can replace physical shields, thats unique and cool, but if it can do that than healing is a no-go. The abilitiy to get new shields is a form of healing in and of itself.

Actually Manni, there is a cool trick you can do with the Minos, if you use the 2 charges in a row IN AN SPECIFIC walk animation you can double the distance you travel. I use that trick to catch people off guard since they dont expect a Minos to cover so much distance in a short ammount of time
Yes. I know about it. But it requires perfectly even terrain. If it goes down-hill it doesn’t work and also not when there are little hills or so on it
@@ManniGaming in some areas with not so perfectly terrain still works and you can kinda drift while doing so for extra mobility lol

Honestly I’ve been waiting for a Shell-based Titan for so long and I never thought I would get it. Now I’m extremely happy so hopefully the look of this Titan is to my appeal for I will finally have a new Titan that I want!

I know but I’ve been playing Arthur for so long as my first Titan and then Sharanga came and I loved it more. Arthur’s shields are mainly useless as the get destroyed so quickly now so I can’t really use it.

@@nananooknak I run a Behemoth and I agree m8. My Sharanga itself can take care of enemies and if they don’t go down then I can neutralize them for a few seconds with the Dazzler build I have. I can also deal with Aethers because of this if I play smart. It’s just Arthur doesn’t have the capability as it did so long ago…

By the way did you notice that the crisis damage increase is + 125%? So in combination with a nuclear amplifier and other damage increases it will be fairly easy to get triple damage and beyond now imagine that with guass or prisma or thermite with its built in shield breaker...
I think thats the Crisis itself damage, the amount of damage he recieves, because that says something about "Auments self damage" or something
If they made it so Crisis got a '125% dmg boost' by activating 2 extra Heavy weapons and a 25% dmg boost it could probably be balanced.

no it shouldn't get any damage boost at all, nuclear amplifiers make 4 heavy weapons enough to cripple titans, let alone normal robots

The Minos won't get replaced because of how good of a brawler it is
It has unlimited physical shields + 2 tra’s and the ability to dash 500m, im afraid mino’s will get outclassed soon.
I think that that only two heavy weapons will be Available when the ability is not active. When it says that it will increase firepower, it means it will activate the other two heavy weapons.
Looks like fury with 4 heavy slots and stealth (Fury 2.O)
And Arthur with Minos and Murometz (Arthur 2.0)
I seen the shield breaker in both the Bot and Titan , white color skin. But sensitive bots, Good at sniping.
Maybe skin is not yet confirmed.

LOL Yes, I wanted to call it "Crisis Robot" but then after I needed to bring the tag-title "War RObots" and it would have been "Crisis Robot War Robots". So I went with Robot Crisis War RObots" so that Robot and War Robots werent so close together. ufff ^^

As the robot's name suggests, our game is quite literally in a crisis. It has been in a steady decline for a while, if Pixonic doesn't change their ways soon, the game will die sooner or later. The thing is, this game is Pixonic's main source of revenue, so if this game dies, Pixonic are basically sabotaging themselves as a company, if the game dies, Pixonic goes down with it. But they can hardly see this due to the likely possibility that they are blinded by the immediate profit in front of them.
Hey btw Idk if you noticed but they are also new weapons for the Titans called “Argon” and “Oxy”. You can see them being mention in the recommended equipment for the Rook titan
as a chess player, i want the ROOK but i wish there a way to get the Rook without using real money..
I think the rook titan is a bit too op,maybe ger rid of the supression and make the 2nd ability usable only once or maybe the shields have low hp so it's not arthur like 1mil hp shields
Also the crisis robot sounds like a more op loki but 4 heavy weapons and a damage boost ability

It seems to me that pixonic keeps adding 2 or 3 new mechs and weapons, a new titan and titan weapons and pilots,modjules and drones just so people can pay for them again just to nerf them after everyone gets them and add new op things just to repeat the cycle

This thing will be like a true sniper with long range weapons. Vulnerable but powerfull. So excited to see how it performs
That new Crisis could serve as a pseudo replacement for the Behemoth Sniper builds. Great top speed, but durability so low it's not gonna get anywhere near the front lines.
AND HE SACRIFICES THE ROOOOOOOK!
I like how Veyron and Evora already got a nerf but blinding people from 600m is still okay and invincible Aether coupled with Glaive and Lance are still allowed.... 🚮

The Crisis is completely broken if used in long rang maps, put 4 of those railgun weapons, fire once, go into phase shift, go back in stealth, rinse and repeat.
Seraph bypass stealth plus Skyros with the pilot won't take damage
Im not really liking where things are going with the new bots. The crisis is now the second robot in a row to be just an objectively better version of a previous robot. (Lynx > Orochi, and now, Crisis > Behemoth). Of course we have had things like the Raven being just a better Griffin, but the griffin was meant to be a beginner robot so it seemed understandable.
The Crisis seems to be objectively better than the behemoth in every single way, except for its HP stat. Its health pool is so poor, that ANYONE with quantum radar can just sneeze on it, and it will die. This is where the Behemoth might still stay relevant somewhat, because it can do its damage, and retreat in time while still having a decent amount of HP. Except for the fact that range completely negates this argument, and puts Crisis above the behemoth.
If we take a map like Canyon for example, the Crisis robots health does not matter, because it can do its thing at 1100m range, and be just as effective or even more so than the behemoth. This isnt even taking into account the Over Power ability that the crisis has, which just adds more salt in the wound. Overall, the behemoth *might* still see SOME play, but i guess its time to move onto the Crisis robot, sadly :(

We don't need no more shieldbreakers. Ares and Hades are suffering from shieldbreakers. And four heavy weapons?!!??. With 60 kph!??!!?. Hecks no.

The Titan ability says “in sight”, does that mean it can just zip over to someone across the entire map and squish them?

I’m sorry, but 4 heavy weapons with 60kph invis and a damage buff AND shield breaker. That thing sounds like it should have light weapons. It would be the first robot ever to have unconditionally 4 heavy weapons active, and would make the behemoth utterly useless in comparison, and the behemoth isn’t even a bad bot. They are completely out of their minds
