Great question.
As long as the concrete is consolidated, cured,and the rebar is fully encased, the blade cuts smoothly.
Same principle when cutting through nails in lumber when using a carbide blade on a circular saw.
No vibration on the cutting edge, no problem for the tool.

Is great but don't like plastic casing, should encase full with aluminium instead of plastic due to easily broken plastic on jobs site.
