For 201. I found two ways. My way first and then the way I thought Carol was going when she started explaining.
201 from 9,7,8,2,4,75
8*4=32
-2 = 30
*7 = 210
-9 = 201
And
2*75= 150
8*7= 56 +
= 206 -
9-4 = 5
=201
