I found a frozen body once if you want to know about that
My little dog is Punky Brewster
GREAT guest !
Ryan you should come to Oklahoma city
After my dad died, I had sent Harland a message on Instagram. My dad had always been a big Harland fan. Huge fan of his absurd style of comedy. Took me to see Rocket Man... The Harland Williams' Rocket Man. Not the Elton John's Rocket Man. Anyway, I never expected a reply. I just wanted him to know that my dad loved his jokes. Harland replied with the most heart warming replies ever. It made me cry. At the end he said "When you laugh. That's your father's laugh." I cried a little at my dad's funeral. But that reply Harland sent me had me wailing in tears. He's a funny guy. Yes. But he's also very, very deep. I've got tears in my eyes writing this comment, thinking about his sweet reply.
hell yeah dude. thanks for sharing.
That's so incredibly wonderful!! It's hard when we lose our dad's my dad's been gone for 13 years and it's still hard may our dad's memories live on forever in our hearts!!
Awww
I'm crying reading your comment too
Harland loves his fans
Sickler laughing at Harlands pain right in his face for a straight hour🤣🤣
The way Harland stares at the camera out of the corner of his eye after saying the most horrible thing, somehow makes it the funniest thing ever. To make drowning a squirrel funny is a very unique gift
Watch his podcast episode Harland Highway with Kirk Fox ... The camera look aways become the episode!!
I'm only 30 minutes in and have had to stop THREE TIMES to catch my breath from laughing. My makeup is fucked for the day and I don't even care. God I needed this today. Honeydew Tooesdees are the best! 💚
When he told the squirrel story, I literally ruined a stack of important documents on my desk because I was drinking water. 😭
Im with ya! I was crying I was laughing so hard
Much love sent ur way dollface KEEP KICKING ALL THE ASS !
Night pants nation. I love Harland. Very underrated podcast guest.
Burning men punchline and Williams deadpan stare of disbelief had me rolling 🤣
This guy has aged far better than most of the actors/comedians from the 90's.
I’ve got a message for you!
Puppy Dog Pals keeps em young lol
People tend to age gracefully when you’re unproblematic and don’t have any drama
I think it helps that he had an "old timey" Rockabilly aesthetic when he was younger. He seemed youthfully old even then.
I think on Tigerbelly he said he's never really drank that much or done hard drugs so that probably has a lot to do with it.
Harland needs to be more of a familiar face in the podcast world, would love to see him talk with Theo!
Listen to the Harland Highway, possibly the silliest podcast of all time. You could spend years listening to all the episodes. And by that I mean the _old_ Harland Highway that was audio only. He did that one for a long long time, and it still holds up. It's complete improv silliness, not about topical news events. So it still holds up.
Harland, Theo, and Bobby Lee.. 😏
No , Harlands better than those fake fools
“…Its an owl murder bro… whoooo do you think you are..?” 🦉🐕 🤣
The Burning Men joke that Sickle Cell makes was masterful 😄
The 10000 mile stare react topped it off to perfection 🤌🏼 chef kiss
Perfect tension break. Fully got me.
Harland's face after ahahahaha
Harland Williams. One of the funniest comedians there ever was!! So underrated
Facts! He is clever and a performer who doesn't have to swear and say grotesque things for laughs
@@rustincole_w1339 Right on👍🏼
"WHOOOO do you think you are"
Had me crack up in front of my coworkers lol
Harland is so right. Scapular mobility is very important for healthy shoulders.
I wonder how he draws the shirts. If he first pencils it then traces over. Otherwise one mistake and you might have to scrap the shirt...?..
@@davidperez5089 I'm having issues right now and really appreciated this.
@@BLINK4444appreciate what?
Harland's great on every podcast he's on, excited for this one
Simultaneously tearing up and hurting from laughing during the Owl story. OMFG. 💀
Holy shit. What an episode. One of the best ones in a while. The owl jokes wow!!!
Who do you think you are? Lol
@@RD-qb7sd the best!!
When he was discussing the lasting sadness from that incident, I thought FOR SURE he was going to make a joke about having to attend a trauma group therapy meeting called Owl-coholics Anonymous! Haha!
The way Harland pauses & looks at the camera kills me. 💀🤣
It's the best
Every time Ryan Randomly laughs Harland slightly looks at the camera cracks me up 😂😂
Damnit Ryan Sickler, you bring out the best stories and comedy all in one. Thank you for such a great, FANTASTIC, podcast with Harland Williams.
Owls peck the back of their preys head to kill it instantly. They seem big because of their feathers. But, without them they're rather small. So they kill their prey right away to avoid wrestling with it. This is to avoid potentially getting hurt; or, damaging a wing. IE the owl most likely killed the puppy :( quickly. Hope that makes someone feel a 'bit' better ...
Also when they pick it up, their talons often pierce the prey and it dies before it knows what happened. That’s prob where the blood came from. RIP fisherman Bob.
was just gonna post that owls kill instantly so he didnt have to worry about the poor pup suffering.
I had to put my dog down yesterday (she was hit by a car) and so far the two podcasts that I’ve listened to have dog stories. This really is the honeydew it’s still very fresh and it feels surreal but I know this will help me in the end. Thank you
They will always be with you, we put ours down a few weeks ago and it’s still hard
Sorry for your loss 🙏
A year ago, today, we had to put our cat down due to cancer. It still hurts to this day. I was unsure of how I would feel after hearing Harland's story, but it's healing in a way to know you're not alone with how much love and pain you feel losing a pet.
If you don't have another dog, get one... I've lost two, one to old age, & recently, one to cancer. Both times I suffered for months, since I'm always so close to my dogs.. I even spoon them in bed lol
When I got another dog, the hole in my heart started healing right away. Please do the same! It's not a betrayal, they'd want you to be happy, right?
Sorry for your loss, especially the way it happened
This is by far one of the funniest podcasts I have ever watched. Thank you Ryan!
Chick Harland on Whiskey Ginger from a few weeks back.. it's unreal how hilarious he is
@@wretchedslippage3255 I’m cereal!!!!!
I’m all in on Harland now. Last time I saw him was on something’s burning but Bert doesn’t let anyone do enough talking to let them shine. The squirrel story had me crying laughing
Check him out on whiskey ginger
@@satchelbagagee lol I watched it right after this. Harland and Santino just rattling off each other is gold
Harland Williams is a comedic genius. Definitely top 100 of all time.
My kid LOVES Puppy Dog Pals! Thank you Harland for all your contributions to quality original entertainment.
The owl story had me laughing so hard but the squirrel one omg. Always been a fan of Harland sorry about your losses
It's been a while since I've watched the HoneyDew. This episode is a reminder as to why this podcast cannot be missed. I am not surprised by Harland's emotional depth. This was an excellent episode.
Agreed 👍
That scene in dumb and dumber where he is a highway patrolman is amazing 30 years later
Him and the guy that gets really mad are the best parts of the movie.
EXACTLY what I first thought of!!
It's a cardigan, but thanks for noticing!
“So do they call it burning men now?!”😂😂😂 I grew up watching Harland in RocketMan! Long before I found a love for mary jane and discovered Half Baked!!
Rocket man was one of my favorite childhood movies. Harland is awesome and Sickler's laugh is hilarious
Harland is one of the best guests of all time. Love watching him wherever he shows up
all jokes aside I lost my dog the same way, she was the sweetest chihuahua dachshund mix. its nice to know I share my fiery hatred for those winged devils with one of my favorite comedians
Just bought Scapula Guy :) Might be the craziest thing I have ever bought but I thought it looked cool and my kids also love Puppy dog Pals.
Man did I need some Harlan Williams today.... Delivers uncontrollable laughter as usual!
Damn harland looks great for his age.
It's so jarring whenever he gets serious because he's such a goofy guy. But when the shock finally wears out he'll slip in a joke and have you cracking up again
He’s gotta start doing the podcast rounds again. Harland is a timeless classic.
Rarely, if ever, are podcasts this funny.
Thanks fellas'.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate Harland’s hair? 😎
I wish there would be new Harland movies, rocket man was a big influence on my personality.. ❤️
I watched two owls copulate one night. Quite the spectacle.
Have to assume they did it doggy style like every other animal does but dogs getting the ™™™™ ©©© like they were the first for some reason
harland has always been hilarious.. Definitely an underrated comic genius.
The episodes where someone just has Sickler's giggle number are the best.
Harland has most people's giggle number.
you got him, you got Harland Williams!
"burning men" fing hilarious
Harland brought me so many laughs as a kid I must have watched Rocket man 200 times. It's great to see him doing well and here more of his personal story.
Harland can make ANYTHING FUNNY 🤣 " people are mad at me because it was cold that night and I wrapped him in bacon"😂 😂 😅
I'm dying. I don't know if this can ever be topped. Thank you for this.
An owl came after my chihuahua in California. Luckily, I had him on a leash and yanked him away before the owl grabbed him. The owl circled overhead as I ran my dog into the house.
This is the most I’ve ever laughed while listening to a podcast. Love it
This chemistry needs to be a new podcast. I wish i could forget it so i could rewatch it
We LOVE LOVE 💕 Harlin, thank you so much for having him on. I dream to one day own a Harlin original T.
Harland is such a fucking BEAUTIFUL HUMAN ! Ive always loved all his work ... but his conversations make me wanna give him a hug and roll him a big fat one! . MUCH LOVE BUDDY #CanadianPRIDE
Sometimes you get exactly what you need to hear at exactly the right time. I'd like to thank Harland any Ryan. Happy toosdy y'all
Fantastic episode. Harland has been one of my favorites for a long time. Great to have this sit down with him here on The HoneyDew!
That story about the squirrel was hilarious. Love Harland.
this is the best podcast i have listen to in the past 10 years!! I cant tell you how captivated and hilarious i found this episode!
Breathe Ryan, before you pass out. Great episode!!
I wish Harland was In more things he’s just fantastic, one could even say a legend? Great podcast today Ryan
Harland is undeniably one of the Greats. A comedic genius.
Just shy of too weird too live, but definitely too rare to die.
Ryan, thank you for this podcast. This last week has been one of the toughest of my life. While driving back and forth to the hospital to visit my father I've had the 'Dew playing, going through back episodes. Laughter really is the best medicine. Between you, Tim and Christine, and Bret, you've provided me with the ability to laugh and take my mind off a difficult situation. Harland is so hilarious. Puppy Dog Pals is a staple in my home so seeing him as the guest was exciting.
Harland Definitely had his Wheaties this morning cause he is on 🔥🔥🔥😂😂😂.
That owl story omg hahahah so sad but they made that hilarious 😂 "never expected death from the clouds"
I Clicked so fast I love Harland! This episode is so wonderful😆. Now we can have a whole ass outfit with night pants and Harland’s originally design freak shirts!
The way Harland is enthusiastic about the scapula, and he's totally serious, and yet it's still super humorous, that is some real life keys to magic type of stuff!!
This is the funniest pod I’ve watched in so long! Thank you for bringing this joy to my life
I love you Ryan. Thanks for this today. And Dr drew. You are a blessing
Man I definitely want Harland back. Those stories and his demeanor are so good.
Todays your lucky day
@@crackerbarreIkid55 so good!
He sounds like he went swimming all day and is trying to talk with his nose plugged 🤣
There are special jackets for dogs to scare off predators like owls , hawks and coyotes.
there is no better podcast than when Ryan and Harland get together!!!
Harland Williams doesn't miss on all these podcasts. EASILY my favorites guest.
Have you listened to his mlst recent Whiskey Ginger? It's top tier shit. He's one of the few guests I can go back and listen to multiple times. So funny
@@wretchedslippage3255 Yes! That's why I said it haha. Absolutely killed it
Harland jokes around 90% of the time which i love and it comes from a place of knowing very well how harsh life can be
Harland is one of my favs ever. Rocketman is a perfect movie. 11/10. It's my go-to instant cure for a bad mushroom trip.
It keeps making me think I've got a baker under my bed.
@@spenser9908 Did you ever bend down and look?
Nice of Harland to come down from Rig Country to do a podcast for us
“It was a little cold that night so I wrapped him up in bacon”😂😂😂😂😂😂 Harland always kills me😂😂😂😂
I love Harland Williams. He is so funny. Step in my office, cause you're fucking fired. RIP Fisherman Bob
This has me laughing out loud at work. Love it!! Keep it up Honey Dew.
Great run of recent episodes - Stavros, Joey, Rory, and Harland. Been watching them nonstop.
Seriously Ryan, Harland is by far in the top 5 best guests you have had on to date! This episode made me laugh harder than anything I have seen in a while. Thank you.
Harland has an absolutely hilarious episode of the crabfeast. One of my all time faves!
58:00 - 59:30 "Is that a guy from the valley" 😂😂 Garlands on the spot riffing is unbridled ❤
Had the pleasure of seeing Harland live when I lived in LA. No clue he was one of the funniest guys alive until that night.
Starting Toosdee with this laugh and energy, we can't help but have a great day!
(and don't forget to drink water)
As soon as I saw Harland Williams was on, I knew it was going to be a banger. The man did not disappoint.
Easily one of the best episodes with one of the greatest guests
This guy is just always unexpectedly great. I promise from now on I'll expect it. One of the best podcast guests ever. His Tiger belly episode was genius 🤣😂. . Just Great
He was great on Whiskey Ginger too!
Are you cereal??
Two of the biggest hearts ♥️ in comedy man!
This dude is a legend! As a teenage stoner when Half Baked came out, I laughed so hard at Harland i peed a little
The best honeydew out period!! Great job guys. Absolutely love it!
Holy shit seeing this guys face hit me with such nostalgia. I totally forgot about watching him in Rocketman as a kid. So awesome seeing him still doing great
Harland is just naturally funny. Great guys to!!
This was one of the darkest episodes I've ever seen tbh. I also came close to passing out laughing. My heart still hurts so much. God damn how can something be so funny and so traumatizing? This is the best podcast in the world.
The squirrel story has me dying of laughter
I've admired Harland's work for decades, and have seen him on dozens of talk shows and podcasts. This is by far his best appearance, in my opinion. :-D
This show gives me so much; laughter, healing, perspective on life. When Ryan said, "...now its burning men." I thought, "Oh f#$@!" Then laughed till I cried!
The story about the owl taking the chihuahua is absolutely terrible and devastating. So I've just returned to the wilds of Ontario from living in London UK for 14 years, and I've brought my 5 year old, 7lb, chihuahua home with me. So he's out in the backyard one night and guess what's up in the tree; a flipping owl licking his beak staring at my chihuahua!! Last week we had a hawk hanging out in the tree just waiting for him. Needless to say he can piss on my floor after sunset. Thanks for this awesome podcast Ryan!
Ryan’s laughing in this is the most genuine laughter ever
I feel like we need to see a t-shirt with Maggot Butt Squirrel on it Harland!
A girl I was talking to in High School picked up a stray kitten on her street and tried to bring it home but her mom said absofuckinlutley not. So she hid it in her back pack and would only let it out at night.
Long story short, I get a call at 2 a.m. she's screaming crying. she watched a Great Horned Owl swipe up this cat, land in the closest tree in her backyard and proceed to devour this kitten.
R.I.P Bandit
Tried to listen to this on my lunch break, not knowing I was going to hear about maggots in squirrel wounds and dogs being picked apart
ryan sicklers laugh is the greatest, i laugh everytime he laughs
I love everything about Harland Williams 🖤🖤🖤
This is a 10 out of 10.
Probably the most entertaining hour I've watched in the last two years.
